I inquired about a college sweatshirt I ordered from them during the Christmas season this year. I ordered it 2 weeks before Christmas. Emailed them asking the status, as it hadn't shipped yet. They told me it was still in Production and that each customer is allowed to send only one email asking about their order. As it "takes time away from us working if we have to answer a bunch of emails". Are they for real? Who is running this place because their customer service is -*****. BTW, it is 12/22 and still has not shipped.
