I ordered a customized college sweater with my name on the back. I ordered the "Fan Thread" material and now I have lint balls all attached to my college sweater. It took 3 weeks before I got a tracking number. All-in-all I paid $63.00 for 1 sweater.
I have emailed several times checking on the status of my Son's order, i cannot get a response from anyone. I am Extremely upset with the customer service of this company.
