My first order from them was never delivered so they refunded me 5-10 business days after the order. The second time I ordered it was an hour and a half late and there was flies and maggots in the food box so I contacted them again and they got back to me the next day and said they would only issue a refund if I sent them photos of the flies and maggots, of course it was in the garbage so they wouldn't refund me. Months later I received a great promotion from them, 50% off my order so unfortunately I ordered from them again and I got the order after about 45 mins which was okay but there was items missing from the order maybe $10 worth so I contacted them once again and received an email explaining that because I had 2 previous issues that I am no longer eligible for any refund. So if they mess up your order enough time then it's now your fault. Just delete the app it is so shady and not worth it.
I contacted postmates because i got notification of the delivery and saw it wasn't my house! You can see the photos of where it was delivered and my house look nothing alike.
I contacted them. They refused to address the issue and said i needed to contact the restaurant to see if they would do something... the restaurant didn't deliver to the wrong house. Horrible service. The delivery driver went back to wherever he delivered it and then brought it to my house... he said that's where the app told him to go. I guess people don't know how to check addresses anymore. Well Postmates, I'll tell you where you can go!
Purchased food and they delivered the food to the incorrect address. Contacted them for assistance and they refuse to refund me my money. So, no food and no money! I'm done!
I placed an order for my client as a thank you, when I placed it I screenshot the order and sent to my client, she immediately responded and said the street number was incorrect, I immediately wanted to change the address but in the Postmates appt they don't have the option to change the address only to cancel. They don't even have a live person we can call to edit the order. Since my only option was to cancel the $22 coffee order, I wanted to re-order but not pay another $22 dollars for just one coffee, so I researched on how to speak or get a hold of a customer service agent, after 10 minutes of trying to figure out how to get a hold of someone I started chatting with Trisha, she then said I was not eligible for a refund and I had to re-order it again. After I mentioned how bad this service was, she offered me a $5.00 credit. Really? Starbucks didn't even start the order or the driver was never assigned to the order, How is Postmates losing money? I cancelled it within seconds this is impossibleā¦. This service really is bad, please don't use portmates/ubereats
I put in an order and immediately canceled it due to my family chose to go out instead. I was charged $65 and they refused to refund saying the merchant already started the order. Absurd an order could possibly get started in 2 minutes. And if the order couldn't be canceled why did I not receive the order. Postmates has a cancellation option on the website and they will not take responsibility. I always feel bad for customer service people having to recite the company nonsense, they do not have any control. The representative was as understanding as he could be. It is the company that is stealing my money.
Order some food from here and no only did he take way too long in picking up my food and delivering it but once he got to my location he canceled my order and took off with my food. Christopher you shouldn't have done that. Won't be ordering through here ever again.
I ordered food and these people stole my food and said they delivered it. I will never order from Post-mates again they have certified food thieves smh. What if that was my last meal I would be dead because of their thieving $#*!.
Be weary of using Postmates. I used it and had my work address saved in it and didn't realize till after I pushed submit order. I then tried to cancel the order and they still charged me $36 to cancel my order. I will not be using them anymore.

My food came all smashed in a bag together today I contacted postmate to inform them that it was not eatable and they wanted to ignore me. They made me wait forever online on the text. They never answered their phone kept it on a busy single all the numbers I found. My food was totally damaged and there was nothing I could do about it so I ended up throwing it away and then I informed them what was going on and they wanted nothing but picture after picture and I didn't have it and I would like my money back yes they finally sent me an information back telling me that if I didn't send them pictures they wouldn't refund me they're calling me a liar and they've done this to me several times before can you imagine all the money that I've wasted on garbage food here. I'm not ordering from them anymore refund me my money
Taxes add so much money to the order. The past 3 times I've ordered off of post mates, something has gone wrong. Parts of my order have been missing, they've gotten my order wrong, or it just never got delivered after it said it was on the way. Literally the worst service ever and I recommend staying far away from this app.
I ordered from Postmates yesterday and I got my stuff and the driver went all the way to the restaurant to get my stuff but I guess it wasn't enough of a tip for him so he canceled my order then Postmates calls me back and tell me my order is canceled because I didn't have enough money when you go to check out do postmate if you didn't have enough money in my account they will not allow me to proceed until they say use another card so I had money in my account the driver was mad because he didn't get enough of a tip so postmate cost me back and say well it cost more so they can help to drive her to get a better tip then cancel my order then when I called when they cancel my order I talk to somebody in the chat room and they told me that I was going to get my money back in a couple of hours that it was my bank my bank said they don't even see where it's even pending to go back into my account so they cancel my order and now they keeping my money hostage and won't give me my money back this company suck and they are thieves
Ordered food, it was never delivered. Couldn't download app or contact driver. POSTMATES tried to charge me anyway. Will never use their service again.
They say you can see all charges before placing order but they block the charges with a Grey bar, then show you a total. Once you click place order and pay the price jumps up again. That seems criminal, tried to cancel my order immediately no luck. Will never use this service again would rather be hungry than robbed.
Ordered mexican food. Charged me 18 dollars a plate. No salsa. And food has made me sick for days. Postmates is garbage. No seals on the packages to prevent contamination. Arrives cold. Takes forever. And no salsas with my mexican food. I have to order them? Order salsa? No customer service. Charges a lot of money. I've been sick for days with Diarrhea and stomach cramps after eating the food.
Pick up the phone and order directly from the restaurants if you care for any sort of customer service. Postmates have zero.
NO Customer Service is really available in real-time to assist customers with any errors with their orders. My order was charged to the wrong card and I noticed this immediately after hitting the place order button. I went to the help tab and selected to cancel my order, I texted please cancel my order and no one responded for several minutes. By the time a person texted me back they stated if I cancel my order now I will still be charged, also informed me that I could switch payments once the order was complete. Guess What! I was not able to switch payments. Again I tried logging into Postmates to see if I could actually speak to someone or chat with a rep again. Guess What! I was not able to. Postmates suck and I'm not able to delete my account, this app and site are not user-friendly. In the end, I had to pay my mother back the money since her card was on my account when she ordered months ago. I will never order from Postmates again.
Sadly, i need to order in 4x a week and have never had such a bad experience. Ultimately after they changed the time of delivery 4 times... my order was canceled 5 min before it was supposed to be delivered. I use Caviar and Seamless and they are 100% reliable! OBVIOUSLY will never use again.
I will no longer be interested in Postmates because they've decided to go WOKE. The American people are sick of it.

Answer: They Don't answer you back until after 5 days so that they can say "Unfortunately we will not give you your money back because we only issues refunds if the claim is made in a timely manner" horrible company
Answer: Their app has all type of glitches and issues they did the very same to me I didn't even sign up for their free trial but I am now having to dispute a charge of 95.88 on my account. I was charged for orders I never got and also I reached out to them multiple times never got anything back. They actually put on the app that the order was resolved when I have never spoken to them this company is a fraud and I do not know why they are still in business! I'd say remove your card information.
