Unlike a lot of the reviews, i am pleased with my end product. I ordered the Cristallo Vintage White Crib and it looks just like the picture and VERY sturdy and expensive looking (well, as it should... i sold my left arm for it:)
Easy install! Took my husband 20 mins to put the crib together!
Only con is that it took 3 months from ordering to it arriving on my doorstep.
I ordered thousands of dollars of furniture from this company. When it came, some items were missing. I have spent about 9 hours of my time calling, leaving messages, emailing (with no response), speaking to Sue Ellen, speaking to Julia, asking for a manager over and over just trying to get the rest of my order. Someone has PROMISED me they would call me back at least 5 times now and no one calls. I have to call there and press 1 for sales (to get Julia) because if you choose any of the other options no one answers.
There is only one person who deals with orders and she is worthless. Promises, lies, promises, lies and now I am done. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and disputing the credit card charge. You had your chance to make it right poshtots. I think over a month of fighting for the rest of my order is enough, don't you?

Now let's discuss what we did get - it is beautiful, but that doesn't do much good when the matching pieces haven't come and it doesn't look like they will.
The third party shipping company was AWFUL. They spent over an hour trying to put the crib together every which way except the right way and arguing with me that it was correct when the baby could fall right out (they had it partially as a toddler bed and partially as a crib somehow.) I finally told them I would put the stuff together myself. I ended up having to put the crib together and move the furniture myself even though I paid for white glove service because they copped a serious attitude when I said the crib wasn't put together right. I think they were just frustrated since it was the 4th time they tried to assemble it.
I know I sound like a witch but I really am not. I just want the rest of my furniture and I don't want to have to beg for it any more. (And the 3rd part shipper was truly horrible.) I really think this company is involved in some kind of scam and I am exasperated.

Posh tots has had me as well as many of my friends EXCITED as well as extremely satisfied with our purchases. They have a wide range of price points and so many different designs to choose from, while giving me "one of a kind" treasures. I highly recommend Posh Tots as a plush world wide Internet "boutique"! Andrea Edmunds is a class act! She's charming, knowledgable and helpful. Plus since she herself is a busy mom (like most of the staff) she appreciated the customer's time. The choices PT's offer are ginormous... and one thing is prettier then the next!
The selection of products is unique and very special. They treat their customers loe VIP's and many times they are! I love the variety and know I will always dnd unique items and high quality items. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would recommend shopping here.
From product selection to customer care, Posh Tots is second to none.
I have not yet purchased from PoshTots, but I really enjoy the product selection and seeing what they have to offer. When I do decide to make a purchase, it will be here!

They sold us a chair that they were not even authorized to sell. We confirmed with the manufacturer. The have repeatedly lied. They have made it difficult to get our money back. The chair has almost been here for weeks. Not sure there was ever a chair.
Stay Away- Hard to believe they are in Business.

When that one was not available, you were sent an identical glider but upgraded at no additional charge to you. We are so very sorry we missed the estimated delivery date by a couple of weeks. We really did try to resolve this to the best of our ability and actually thought we had. We were sorry to see this here now.
Had a very good experience with Julia in Customer Service.
Even though our crib initially was delivered with shopping damage she immediately had it replaced and re delivered.
Julia also sent my 2 year old a Lucy Lamb and a box of chocolate covered strawberries to me for my inconvenience. Highly recommend Julia from PoshTots.

Extremely poor customer service. We ordered a crib over 2 months ago now, and still have not received it. We were initially not updated on the delayed status. I had to call several times... First, I was told that it was delayed due to a thunderstorm at their office. Then, I was told that the manufacturer was the cause for the delay. Once it finally was set to deliver via a third party delivery service, I received duplicate conversion rails and no crib (the duplicate rail had someone else's name and address on the shipping label).
Dealing with Mark Newton (the supposed manager) has been a nightmare. He scolded me for calling this morning to inquire about the status of my crib saying that he told me he was going to call me and that I needed to wait for him to call me. For $1,300 and a crib that was supposed to be delivered a month ago, I believe I should be able to call to inquire about my crib whenever I want. Do not order from Posh Tots.

Wow, this place is absolutely terrible. I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. I ordered a mobile for the nursery and about 5 weeks later I got an email saying that they needed to charge an EXTRA $75 for shipping because I live in Canada, even though the original bill included $14 for shipping and the extra $75 still would not include duties. How is that even possible? The mobile itself was only $90. I'm sorry but I buy things from the states all the time and there is NO WAY it would cost anywhere near that to ship here.
Anyways, I've written 2 emails asking for more information but they have NOT replied. It's been months! Very unimpressed. I want a refund!

My sincerest apologies. I did look into your order and you were never charged for the mobile that you ordered from us. We do state in our customer service policy that International Orders usually do incur extra shipping charges. We do not guess that price or charge up front because we typically run a quote (with DHL in this case) and just pass our discounted rates on to our customer. Our goal is 48 hours to respond to International Customers. I am so sorry this particular quote came back so high. Remote areas are a little higher than others. Again, your card was never charged and we do apologize the shipping was so high.
Due to your disappointment, our Customer Service Manager will be reaching out to you to offer alternative shipping options.
This place is an absolute scam. I placed an order at the end of May for some baby furniture that had a 10-12 week lead time. As week 12 passed, I tried to check in with the company, to figure out the status of my order. The website tools to contact them conveniently do not function. The phone number for the company is a constant busy signal. There is some convenient sob story about a dead mother and going out of business and how terrible they feel. You know who else has dead mothers? Probably about 1/3 of the world's population and you know what? Somehow the rest of them manage to function.
Also, even though this company is supposed to be out of business and not taking any orders, I was able to go to their website, select an item, enter my address and credit card number, all the way up to pushing the purchase button, which obviously I didn't do. You shouldn't either. I just thank God I put this on my credit card and can have the purchase amount credited back to me through my credit card company.
Dear Jason, You have every right to be upset. June-August was a very difficult time for PoshTots; however we did make sure every customer was made whole - either through their credit card company, our vendor or from PoshTots directly. After running a very successful business for 15 years, we did go through some difficulties summer of 2014. I am so very sorry it affected you.
Fortunately PoshTots was purchased by a larger, very well established furniture company in August, 2014. The company is thriving and managed to keep several of the staff that had been with the company for over 10 years.
We do hope you will forgive us and one day give us another chance to serve you. We are fortunate the company was bought and will continue to re-build its 15 year old reputation of extraordinary furnishings and extraordinary customer service.
I am thankful too that you did receive a full refund from your credit card company. This is why businesses pay extra fees for this exact sort of thing.
Placed an order for change tray was charged and never received it. I have had no reply to any of my emails. This company is fraudulent! Do not ever use them!

Unfortunately it was on back order at the time the rest of your order shipped and we didn't want you to have to wait on the tray. One of our Design Consultants will reach out to you about getting the tray to you or compensation.
Defrauded by this store $1095. The time they wasted ensured I could never own the product. They kept assuring me I would receive my dressers by the end of June. End of June they went out of business sent everyone a letter saing they understood customers were confused and angry, but vendors were too. I want to personally apologize to you again for your disappointment with PoshTots. First of all, my beautiful, loving mother DID in fact die on June 13th (see obituary below) and reading the Site Jabber Review just now hurt me terribly. I hope you never go through what I have gone through in the past few months.
Losing my business of 15 years was hard enough but to lose my mother the way I did was completely heart breaking.
So it's none of my business what you think of me really but my heart broke again reading your words and I was compelled to respond.
I know it's easy to throw punches when you don't know the whole story. I, too, would be upset. We are doing all I can to work with the new buyer of PoshTots to help them satisfy all customers orders. I have worked very hard for 15 years building the brand and giving great customer service. Even so, businesses fail and people fail. I failed! I can only do my absolute very best to move on and do the best that I can.
The new owners are resolved on taking care of any customers who did not get a full refund or receive their merchandise. In your particular case this dresser was from Young America Furniture, who closed their doors end of May 2014 after 20 plus years. It's been a tough couple of years for many in the Juvenile Furniture Business.
Again, I am personally so very sorry your order fell in that "transition period" we were going through. I am so grateful to the new owners and management team of PoshTots who want to continue the business and who will continue to stand behind the products and customers as we have for 15 years. I will support them and continue to be the advocate for this amazing brand just as I have since its "birth" in 1999.

I purchased bedding for my infant daughter on April 1,2014. The bedding was $1466. 00, and would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. Of course, Poshtots charged my card $1466. 00 right away. There certainly was no delay there. Poshtots customer service told me this delivery time frame was because the bedding had to be custom made. So after 8 weeks had gone by, I called several times. On one occasion, I was told that they were waiting on the tulle for the bed skirt, and it had just arrived so it wouldn't be too much longer, but they would look into to try to get an exact ship date. Posh tots Customer service said that they would call or email me with the information. Three days go by and no word so I call again. I spoke to a supposed supervisor, Andrea Edmonds. She stated that the tulle for my bedskirt was on back order. She then stated in an email that she could send a partial order out the following week, which would have been the week of 6/9/14. Nothing arrived that week, and when I called posh tots later in that week, Edmonds outgoing voicemail claimed she was out due to a family emergency, but she would return on the 13th. This never occurred bc Edmonds has since never been available by phone or email and as of today, posh tots sent out a mass email that they were going out of business and couldn't refund any customer refunds, despite their fictitious claim of a A+ BBB rating on their website and their ludicrous claim of superb customer service. Posh tots is fraudulent, and they stole from me and could not be more incompetent.
Do Not shop here! Worst experience I have ever had with a company. I have absolutely no idea how they are still in business. I called them to place the order (thinking I'd get better service... Sorely mistaken). I called for a month getting the runaround from sales people, no one ever able to answer a simple question on if my set (which was 5k) was shipped and when I could expect it. You wouldn't think it would be a difficult question to answer. No one ever answers phone, or EVER responded to an email or ever answered messages... I always had to call them and never could get an answer. By far the worst experience I have had to date with any company I've dealt with. This place is a joke! Unless you want a headache and aggravation with people who take your money and don't care if you get the product or not then go elsewhere!

I am so sorry you had such a bad experience. Since I don't know your order from this message, I am guessing your order may be part of the fall out from one of our main manufacturers who went out of business in April. Unfortunately we were at the mercy of their stopping manufacturing and lead times were pushed out. We all felt awful for our customers that were affected and we just tried to do the best we could for everyone.
It sounds like we did not do a great job in your case and for that I am so very sorry. I do hope you will give us an opportunity in the future to try and make it up to you. However, if you choose not to, I completely understand and wish you all the best.

The absolute worst online ordering experience I have ever had. My assumption would be that an online company would be able to ship items without too much of a problem... man was I mistaken. My wife ordered a glider chair in early December and we were told it would be shipped out in mid January, which it was. I received a call from the shipping company letting me know they would be at my house between noon and 2. They showed up a little late, which is not an issue... however they had no way to get it off the truck. There was only a driver. He asked my pregnant wife who was going to help him get it off the truck. Pretty ridiculous in itself, but then he stated he would try and get it off the truck, but might break it. Needless to say, he left with it on the truck. I called Posh Tots the following day after speaking to the shipping company. They were very apologetic and nice, and assured me they'd take care of it. A week later, I still hadn't heard from them so I called back. Again, apologetic and nice, but still no results. After following up 6-7 times over 3 weeks and getting nowhere, I finally got a call from shipping company. They showed up again with 1 person and my 60 year old mother-in-law helped them get it off the truck. I was told many times by PoshTot employees that shipping is an issue for them. In my opinion, shipping should be a priority for a company that sells things on-line. Unless you want to be inconvenienced, given the run-around and have your items shipped late, I would stay away from this company. I do need to say that the employees were kind and apologetic, but their logistical incompetence was unprecedented.

I am so sorry to read about your horrific experience with this shipping company. PoshTots does contract shipping out to several different shippers and clearly they are not "Posh" employees. We really do try to work with quality, reliable and professional companies but we cannot always be guaranteed the drivers share the same philosophy.
I am so very sorry this happened to you and I am so sorry that our staff was not able to resolve the situation more quickly for you. I admit we definitely did not do a good job delivering your product to you. And in the end, we are responsible for the shipping companies we select.

Poshtots.com is very fast on charging the payment and very slow on getting the item to you.
I have placed on order in the beginning of the month, preparing a gift for my brother's first born. I was charged with the order very next day and was awaiting any sort of update, but NOTHING for 3 weeks. I have gotten frustrated and placed a Request for Status Update. And I heard nothing from them.
I send a separate email, requesting some sort of status update complaining to report a fraudulent charge on my card. I get a response right back with apology BUT NO status update. The reply stated that status update shall be done next day, but after 2 days, I receive another email with OUT any status update but another apology.
I highly doubt that I will have my present ready for my nephew.
Answer: You wont Bradley Newton owned FIG store until recently. He bought Posh in 2015. I bought furniture from FIG in 2015 and actually paid twice. I have never been reimbursed my promised refund and now FIG may be closed for good. From the latest reviews, it seems this man is doing exactly what happened with my experience when I ordered from their furniture store. Im sorry you and I have learned the hard way!
