We ordered an Angelina Convertible Crib from Poshtots and are thoroughly pleased with our purchase! We placed our order through Julia who was pleasant and walked us through the process to make it effortless. Her willingness to to answer our questions and even guide us from one product to the next made shopping with Poshtots.com an easy one. Our product was delivered in a timely fashion and we were very pleased with the white glove service that we received. While that service was additional it was money well spent to have everything taken care of for us. The crib is amazing quality and truly looks like every little girls dream of a fairytale room.
If you choose to buy through Posh Tots after what I am about to write and everyone elses warnings then good luck to you. Listen to your instincts as you read the reviews. Every 1 star review is genuine. All those glowing reviews are fake and written by the Posh Tots staff. My experience is the same as many others who have reviewed Posh Tots on various forums. Initial customer service with Julia is wonderful as they take your money. After that you don't hear from them again. Your delivery timescale comes and goes. You hear nothing. You email them to follow up. All those emails that you sent when they wanted your money were so quickly replied to. Now they have your money you are ignored and have no product. Months go by, no product delivered despite being told to expect delivery in 2-4 weeks at point of sale. You phone them up and get lied to about the product is being picked up by the delivery company any minute/any day. More weeks go by with no product. So eventually you cancel the order with your credit card company and ask them to issue you a refund because you are in labor and have no crib for the baby. You phone Posh Tots to inform them you have cancelled the transaction with the credit card company and they need to cancel the order their end. They agree. Days later you mysteriously get an email declaring the piece has finally been shipped. This is a lie. You get told it's been picked up by one shipping handler and passed to someone else to deliver. Expect it in 2-4 weeks. It's all a lie. All an attempt to hold onto your money. Weeks go by, there's still no product. The scam in the end, it turns out, is to make a sale and when you cancel in the end they attempt to take a 15% cut of the purchase price, refund you only 85% (if you can get a refund at all) and also they want about $134 in a fake shipping charge. In other words they charge you hundreds of dollars for a product you never received and for all you know never existed. It's all an internet scam. Luckily for me my credit card company have issued me with a credit and if Posh Tots attempt to dispute it the credit card company's fraud team will handle this dispute all the way to court if needed.
If after reading this you are still tempted to buy from their nice website stay smart, buy on a credit card that will give you a refund when you need it and will pursue court action on your behalf for this scam. Also record all your phone calls with this company and let them know you are recording. This will be admissible evidence in court should you need to go that far. Also keep all your email communication with this company for the same reason.
In the end I cancelled my order with Posh Tots on a Monday morning and that night I ordered a crib from Babies R Us. The crib from Babies R Us arrived Friday morning - a mere 84 hours after ordering it online. Unbelievably fast service. Never again will I buy from a company that's not huge like Babies R Us with a well run operation. And did Posh Tots ever so much as apologize for forcing me into a situation where their product was horribly late so now I did not have a crib for my newborn baby? No, they did not. Dreadful customer service. Truly abysmal.
As we await our new Grandaughter any day it is with so much disappointment to even continue the thought process about my expierence with them. One they took my money, then proceed to tell me the crib was redesigned with an added bar of which they had no pictures at first. Then they sent my money back, did not call or email me per the return. Had I not seen my acct (bank) info I would have not known. Called them, insisted they provide me with some pictures and an explanation which took way to long, phone call after phone call. Once I agreed to move forward and seen the pictures I would reach out to the manufacturer who told me the crib was in stock and had been redesigned last April. Keep in mind my order was this August. 5 months later. Now it is nothing but a BS story, they can't confirm delivery, they just kept lying to me. Over and Over, I have a copy book full of the contacts and days and time that I called PoshTots. I spoke to the answering personel, the so called management the billing, shipping, and more. No one could give me a straight answer. It was not till last week that a woman who will remain anonymous and works for the company BIVONA who makes the "Angelina Iron Crib" told me that they have no interactions with PoshTots and have not for some time, she was discreet in the reasons why. But to her knowledge Our Crib would not be able to be delivered via Posh Tots for they no longer will supply them with inventory. They knew all of this Im sure but waited to the final hours day's before our Baby is due and halting the completion that a new Mom wants in her first baby's nursery. I am a resident of suburban Philadelphia and Posh Tots is in VA. Had I been local I would of filed police charges and legal as well. Funny thing is I may still just do that. Even as early as last week I went on the web site as a consumer and tried to see if I could purchase the Angelina Dolce Babe Iron Crib and much to my surprise Posh Tots was telling me 2/3 weeks for delivery, and once my order was complete and delivery time would be given, what a joke, they all lie, don't even waste your time, and BTW they are not with the BBB... I should of done my research first. And as I said Buyer BEWARE... STAY AWAY from these thieves... what a joke of a business.
I purchased a custom piece of furniture on 4/28/16 with Julia Levy. At first I thought the customer service was great as Julia discounted the furniture and threw in the cost of the "white glove delivery." The furniture was to come out of production in 8-10 weeks and arrive at my home 2-4 weeks from then. So no later than 8/4/16. That date came and went with not a SINGLE update from PoshTots.
I reached out to them to find out what was going on and was given a date that the furniture would be shipped and was told that the local delivery company would call to schedule delivery with me no later than 8/10/16. I tried to cancel the order but was told the item already shipped from production in California. No refund would be issued.
I received a call from the production company saying that the furniture was just being shipped on 9/1/16. So the above was a lie. At this point I reached back out to PoshTots saying that I wanted to cancel the order. I paid $2,999 up front for a piece of furniture that hasn't arrived. I held up my end of the agreement but they didn't hold up their end. I was refused a refund again.
Finally the local delivery company called to schedule the delivery for 9/12/16. I scheduled it, closed my business for the rest of the day, and waited. They were a no-show. At that time I reached out to PoshTots again. They responded the following day stating they would not issue a refund and that they would research what was going on. I reached out again 2 days later; no response. So now I'm wondering, is this a scam?! I've paid for the furniture and there is a total breakdown in communication, the delivery was scheduled but they were a no-show. I started looking at reviews online and found so many stories that were almost exactly the same as my own. Wish I read them prior to placing such an expensive order!
The delivery company called and I missed the call. I called back to reschedule the delivery and the person was confused; said someone would call me back. Did not happen.
It wasn't until 9/26/16 (13 days later) after my previous e-mail that PoshTots wrote an e-mail to tell me to contact the delivery company. It's now 9/28/2016 and have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY FURNITURE.
At this point I already purchased a piece of furniture to replace the furniture I never received because I was sick of my mattress lying on my floor and waking up with back pain.
I'm currently e-mailing with the PoshTots "sales team" (and Andrea cc'd on the e-mails by the "sales team") and I'm being told that a refund will NOT happen simply because I will not schedule the delivery. HA! I will be sure to provide updates as this continues to unfold (and I continue to waste my precious time with these people).
Do not do business with this company. Their customer service and communication is BEYOND poor. When you're dealing with a company whose name includes "posh," one would think you'd get a higher level of service; especially with items as pricey as theirs. As a small business owner myself I would never allow for such a breakdown in communication. Further, if a customer was this unhappy and it was evident that we (me, or one of my employees) dropped the ball, I would make EVERY effort to correct the situation, even if that meant refunding the customer and absorbing the cost of the product. Why? Because otherwise I'd hop online to find a review like this posted about my company!
I'm filing a police report and reporting them to the BBB. If this has happened to you I recommend that you do the same.

UPDATE 12/5/2016: Still no bed frame. Luckily my CC company completed the investigation and refunded me the full price. They were never able to make contact with Posh Tots. The BBB closed the investigation on 11/7/16 because they made multiple attempts to reach out to PoshTots to no avail.
I ordered a crib and dresser set from Posh Tots after the ones we registered for were not purchased and a back order existed on similar less expensive style we planned on in that event. The back order on the products was significant and we would not receive the items before my anticipated due date. I then did a lot of research online and found the Naples Full Panel in Driftwood (the exact color we were looking for). All the sites I saw that carried it had it at a 6-10 week ship date which was less than ideal as it put us in a similar situation. I then found the set at Posh Tots where it clearly stated a 2-4 week ship window. My husband and I were ecstatic and decided getting the crib then was worth the price (significantly priced higher than their competitors' sites). However, Posh Tots gladly took our order (and the money from our account) and now has continuously pushed back our ship date further and further. They've put us in the exact predicament that we worked so hard to avoid. This is our first child and the whole experience with Posh Tots has left a black mark on what should be a very joyous time! After the most recent delay in shipping we received an email from Posh Tots which I responded to (email stated we could simply reply to it) and they have yet to acknowledge it. Very disappointing! My husband called to try and get a resolution and insight into the status of our order and AGAIN the ship date was pushed back. I also tried to get some resolution and used their live customer service chat that is available on their site. The experience was once again very disappointing and dreadful. Absolutely no resolution has come out of it and now our baby is due before the crib and dresser that should have been here nearly 6 weeks before her due date! This is costing our family more money to buy temporary furniture (and we've already paid enough for the original set and as any family trying to budget for all the expenses that come with a baby - maternity leave, daycare, etc.). To top it off because we're waiting on this furniture her nursery is not set-up at all! I can't put her clothes away because we don't have a dresser and decorating the walls is difficult when you don't know the exact positioning of the furniture yet. Dealing with Posh Tots is like dealing with a robot. They have zero empathy or compassion and will not work with us to expedite the shipping or discount the original costs. They "threw in" white glove delivery but we still paid $99 for delivery charges so I don't exactly consider that a win especially when the items are still not in my home. In fact now when we try to get answers they ignore us (I have the chat transcript to prove it). Worst customer service I've ever dealt with and our nightmare still isn't over. Based on some of these other reviews I have a feeling our items will be damaged once they arrive and we will be fighting them on that next. If you haven't placed your order yet please just avoid. It's not worth the risk of potentially having to deal with this! A full complaint to the BBB under their company name New Posh LLC has been filed.
For the last month I have been narrowing down a particular crib collection and its price from various dealers within my state. I finally called the actual manufacturer who referred me to PoshTots, who I then worked with Julia Levy who is part of the Sales Team.
Ms. Levy went above and beyond to help me with promotional discounts and shipping fees that other competitors were not willing to offer on such an exclusive piece of furniture. She was very patient with all my inquiries and provided exceptional feedback that made me want to continue with my purchase.
I will definitely be referring other parents-to-be to PoshTots.

Ordered a piece of nursery Furniture for my house, site stated 7-10 business days to ship. Looked better than the lead time of RH and PBBaby. So i ordered the crib mid JUNE-, here we are AUGUST 4 have to make phone call after phone call daily to only be put on hold, then get a confirmation email stating my order is in now a disclaimer of 2-4 week delivery time. LAST MILE HOME moving company same execuses. Only to be told its in Canton Ma and will be shipped out to me mid August! Couldn't cancel product at anytime without losing 20% Be Weary, No matter how pretty the furniture looks if your pregnant dealing with this company will only add aggravation to you. Do Yourself a favor, Don't torture yourself.
Baby came before crib
I worked in a different sector of customer service for almost 7 years and people pleasing is one of my best qualities but I've never received such excellent customer service from any type of retail business in my life. I dealt with one of PoshTots' design consultants, Julia, and she was able to make my whole move from NY to VA a heck of a lot easier. Without giving away details, the reputable service I received will never be forgotten and I will definitely be shopping for my future baby furniture with this design consultant. Thank you Julia.
After researching where to buy, we choose PoshTots becuase of their great selection and the fact they have been in business going on 17 Years which was longer than anyother company we found. Even though we had a lot of questions to get answered, our Design Consultant really took the time to answer all our specific questions and helped us design the perfect room for our daughter. We ordered a custom made crib with beautiful linens ther our Design Consultant helped us choose. Also we ordered some matching pieces such as a dresser and nightstand. Thankfully the best part was it was all delivered on time even though we had a few special requirements for delivery times because of the community we live in. We hope to do business with PoshTots again one day of God chooses to bless our Family with another Angel!
My wife needed a glider chair for her nursery so I purchased one from Little Castle off of Poshtots site. It arrived in a timely manner and the quality of the chair was excellent. We are very happy with the Posh Staff and I will be back to purchase more from them soon. Thank you!

Posh Tots a devine Boutique... I have placed orders for special bedding for our grand baby's nursery... Julia one of their representatives did an amazing job helping me with the order... The bedding the crib arrived and it was truly amazing... I totally recommend the boutique to everyone wanting to create an amazing beautiful nursery... everything truly high end... and so beautiful! A five star boutique!
Horrible customer service! I placed my order on April 25th 2016 for the pali cristallo nursery. I was NEVER informed about anything being on "back order." I got charged for my items without anything ever shipping. I called almost everyday to hear "you should receive shipping tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. It is now June and I have my crib and I'm still waiting for the rest! The "manager" was on vacation and she was handling my order. It is all very frustrating... especially when you are 33 weeks pregnant! Save yourself the headache and stress!

Please see attached BOL ******* showing the signatures. Unfortunately with this being since April 11th and signed in good condition at time of delivery we are unable to file a claim or replace these. You will need to get with your cargo carrier PAS Cargo USA and file a claim please provide PAS Cargo with the copy of the BOL ******* attached which will show them they are liable to replace the damaged items.

After spending all that to blame the shipping company.
Explain to me how can the shipping company who receive all the boxes sealed be responsible for an item being shipped to me with a crack and filled with glue in the crack and messy.
This is the highest form of disrespect and disregard to customers and I regret giving you all my money. This message may be blocked and deleted from your page but I am hurt by the treatment I received by you all.

Dear Damion - We are so sorry about what happened with your order. As we have explained, and you know, our shippers delivered safely delivered your order to YOUR International Freight Forwarder Carrier. YOUR carrier signed for these items clean and in good condition.
Your chosen carrier then took responsibility and delivered to you. Upon arrival to you the merchandise was damaged. It was clear from pictures that it was shipping damage.
Our Shipping Coordinator did try and help you to understand that the claim had to be filed with the last carrier, which was your carrier.
We are so very sorry this happened to you. As we explained, we do work with an International Carrier, Pilot Freight, and would have been happy to deliver the product directly to you but it was your choice to use your International Carrier.
We are so very sorry and have offered to help you in any way we can but to be expected to replace the entire order was just an unreasonable request given the circumstances. We are so very sorry and very much have tried to come to a reasonable solution with you.
This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. We initially ordered a glider on 2/22/16 and were told, in an email from Julia Levy, that there was a six-week production time and an additional 4-5 days delivery from the manufacturer in California to my daughter's home in Utah. Yesterday marks 13 weeks since we placed our initial order. I have sent numerous emails back and forth to PoshTots, the last three of which went to different people in their company, one being the CEO, and not one has even bothered to acknowledge receipt of these latest emails. (I did receive a few emailed responses earlier, as well as a call from the CEO, but the promised outcomes were never realized.) I finally reached out to the manufacturer as I had an email address in an earlier chain, and I did receive a response on Saturday with a promise to send me an update yesterday; alas, yesterday came and went with no further updates. What I find the most disconcerting in all of this is not once has PoshTots made the initial contact with me. Every response I have received, when they have been received, is because I made the initial contact and begged for a response. The sad thing is we went with PoshTots and paid a higher price because of the promises they made regarding delivery time. We could have stayed with another vendor, who was at least honest and told us up front there would be a 12-14 week delivery time, and we would likely have it at this point since we are at 13 weeks with PoshTots. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. STEER COMPLETELY CLEAR OF THEM. They are dishonest and never follow through.
Dear Narayne, Although I do absolutely understand your frustration, I am so very sorry you felt the need to post here. As you know, our manufacturer did expand production facilities and they have taken full responsibility for this delay and even sent a letter apologizing and explaining. Regardless, PoshTots does bear the brunt and does take full responsibility. When they gave us the green light to pick up on Friday, we had our truck there first thing Monday morning and have expedited shipping to your daughter and issued a credit for your disappointment. Again, we do take full responsibility and would like to publicly apologize again to you and your daughter for the delay in your order. This is not the norm for us but unfortunately things out of our control do happen whether it be a shipper or a manufacturer. We always do our absolute best to turn a bad situation around and satisfy our clients. I hope that you and your daughter will agree we have done that. With sincerest and kindest regards.
Just wanted to let you know that you have an extraordinary sales consultant on your staff. I am so pleased with the experience I had working with Julia to design my son's new bedding. She patiently worked with me as I sent photos back and forth and helped me to "mix up" the look instead of a "match match" type look. I was in a hurry, I am always in a hurry, and probably with my frustration dealing with your website I probably would have given up and gone local to one of the many alternative options in my area. It was early morning and I typed my number in your chat box and Julia quickly called to my rescue! If it wasn't for her guidance and much appreciated customer service I would still be researching other vendor options.
We can't wait to see the new look! I am sure that our bedding selection will last for many years ahead with a big smile of pride on my face (and my sons!) when the bed is fully "dressed". Thanks so much, Julia!
I had excellent service from Posh Tots from the word go. Both Julia Levy & Andrea provided top notch care in helping me select items for Erina's nursery.
My only slight issue was in the delay regarding shipment, which I think perhaps in the future, overseas customers need to be made aware of the length of time it takes for items to transit from various parts of the US ( which takes longer than it does to ship it across the globe!). Other than that, even the after care, thought and concern I received was excellent. The baby furniture and items are a delight and even when a mistake was made in the colour of the linens, it was rectified and the correct one sent out. Thank you Julia & Andrea XXX

I purchased a Pali Cristallo crib set in November of 2015. The wait time said 4 weeks. No one ever contacted me to let me know that my order would be late. When you spend almost $3000 in furniture, the company should be responsive. I contacted PoshTots 4 times and each time was told that the items would be shipping soon or within 2 weeks. With my baby's due date approaching quickly, I did a dispute with my credit card company. Behold, I finally got a shipping notice the next day! It took about 2 weeks from the shipping notice email, but the furniture came. The changing table is missing however. Once again, NOBODY from PoshTots contacted me and they marked my order as closed. My husband called and they told him that the changing table is on back order. It sure would have been nice to know this. Now I am wondering if this is a lie. Will I need to open another dispute with my credit card company to get the table or a credit? This is ridiculous and no pregnant woman should have to deal with such poor customer service. The crib set is absolutely beautiful but definitely not worth the hassle. I will never purchase another item from PoshTots. And, I suggest that you don't purchase from them either.

It looks like we were waiting on inventory into our warehouse and your order was caught in between. I also checked and the Changing Trays were all received in yesterday. I have asked our Shipping Department to get yours out to you right away and due to your disappointment and our tardiness, we will be issuing a credit to you for the cost of the changing tray. I purchased the Monaco Glider from PoshTots in 2013 as a rocking chair for my newborn son. PoshTots customer service agent was excellent in assisting me with this custom order. She sent me numerous fabric samples and answered any questions that I had regarding the chair, shipping etc. I have had the chair for less than 3 years when I noticed that there were some holes forming on the seat cushion and base of the chair due to a lack of proper padding between the wood/metal frame and the fabric. I called PoshTots again to see what could be done since this was an expensive item and I was disappointed that it would already be showing signs of wear even though it wasn't being used on a daily basis. I spoke with Julia Levy who gave exceptional customer service and worked with the artisan to remedy the situation. We couldn't be more pleased or grateful to her, the artisan and PoshTots for their help, quick resolution and amazing customer service - which I find to be very rare with most companies these days! I would definitely continue to shop at PoshTots and recommend them to everyone! Five Stars!

Answer: You wont Bradley Newton owned FIG store until recently. He bought Posh in 2015. I bought furniture from FIG in 2015 and actually paid twice. I have never been reimbursed my promised refund and now FIG may be closed for good. From the latest reviews, it seems this man is doing exactly what happened with my experience when I ordered from their furniture store. Im sorry you and I have learned the hard way!
