I've had very good experiences ordering from popjulia. With online discounts, the prices are quite good, and I really like some of their in-house labels, especially for basics like t-shirts to pair with skirts. Returns are easy and refunds processed quickly.
*****SCAM ALERT*****Be smart and google popjulia reviews, there you will find HONEST reviews and they have 1.5 stars. The reviews on here are BOGUS
The clothes are cheap, poorly sewn, take over a month to ship, are way too small for American body types, and most of all, if you want to return or exchange an item, forget it, there is no way of contacting the company- some reviews here say they are london or USA based but they are not! There are also no brick and mortar stores here in the US so beware! You get what you pay for! ******SCAM ALERT
Their sizes are FAKE, FAKE, & MORE FAKE! A 2X is more like a size 5. They are based out of the U.S. and it will take your order almost 2 months to get to you. Their website does not let you know all of this.

Popjulia is a fantastic site for shopping online. I was very satisfied with the high quality of my dress and the fast turnaround. I ordered the dress and received it earlier than promised and it fits perfectly

It usually takes a very long time to get your order because it comes from China. A few of the items I have ordered were fine. However, most were not. Size charts are way off! For example, I ordered a tunic according to the size chart given. When it arrived, it was WAY too small. I couldnt even get into it. It was ridiculously short (didnt even go below my hips, nothing like the mid-thigh tunic shown in the picture. BUYER BEWARE of the return policy. The buyer has to pay for the shipping to return the items TO CHINA, which means return shipping costs as much as the stuff being returned. So, essentially you cant return anything or get a refund because your refund wont cover the return shipping cost.

I bought 4 clothes for about $110. Seems a good deal. However, I only received 3. Then two clothes don't fit well. I requested to return it for refund, and was told that I can only ship it back by post office. I went to post office, and found out the shipping fee for two clothes is $60. When I turn to FEDEX to ship it, FEDEX told me that the zip code (*******) is too vague to deliver. Strange.
Will never buy from them again.

This is a store based out of China. Same company as StyleCo. The quality is not great, sizing not consistent, and heaven forbid you need to make a return. YOU must pay customs, fees, shipping, etc. Easily more than the cost of the clothes, which they immediately tell you. Seriously. OR, unbelievably they will offer you 10 cents on the dollar for cash refund.
There's a reason things are so inexpensive. BAD business, BAD service. Buyer beware big time.

DONT shop@ this site as youll be stuck with a HUGE shipping fee as their return center is in CHINA! They offered 20% not to return the dresses I bought but the quality was so CHEAP that I couldnt & ended up paying more than half of what I spent on buying just to return the dress.

I ordered two dresses in early November and got none. They gave me a tracking number that has only Chinese text. As I understand it based on autotranslating chinese, my order was delivered to some airport in China, after which tracking stops.

Oh my god I have never ever seen such horrible quality clothes until the purchase from this Popjulia. This company is absolutely a scam. The return policy made it impossible to return anything. Lesson learned! If anyone know how to report this website please let me know.

Popjulia is one of the best e-commerce site, i ever have come across. I bought many stuffs for my girlfriend. She was impressed with me. I will recommend, one should must try it out.
At first I was on the fence about buying things from offline, especially from a place that not in the US, but so far, I never had a problem with them.My stuff always come when expected, sometimes even early, and it's always what I paid for.
