I order a pair of pajamas and dress. The fit was off, they were small and they had strings upon arrival. The dress was short, even though I ordered a long prom dress. Poor quality. I had difficulty contacting PopJulia for returns.
Do not but from here the clothes you get are NOTHING like the picture, then you have to send the returns to China at your own expenses AND then they do not refund you the money.

The sizes are very small. I ordered two tops, one is a 4XL, which would fit a north american size 10, and one item that stated "one size", but when it arrived, it was a medium. I was also charged shipping by popjulia and again by fedex.

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your body measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.
You can contact FedEx to verify what the bill is about. Normally FedEx do not charge extra from customer's side.

I saw what I thought was a very appealing long top/dress. Lovely design. Described as cotton/polyester, great I thought, as I do like an element of cotton in my clothes. The item arrived quickly, no problem. On opening the package I didn't even have to look at the labels, of which there were two. I could feel, and smell there was not a hint of cotton in the fabric. It has a horrible smell of plastic to it. The label sewn into the seam reads 95% polyester 5% Spandex. The label tied onto it reads cotton/polyester. I failed to read the returns details when buying it as I was overtaken by actually finding an item I really liked the look of. BIG MISTAKE! Returns have to go back to CHINA despite having received it from STONEBRIDGE UNITED LIMITED of PORTSMOUTH. No wonder it arrived so quickly! So, not only have I spent £29.38 including p&p, on something I will NEVER wear it will cost me between £16.95 and £62.85 for the privilege of returning it!

I ordered shoes 2 month ago(January 14), I didn't receive yet (March 17).
I requested the refund but they sent the shipping print label to my email.
It's ridiculous! How can I return it since they didn't send me anything.

I paid for express shipping on 3 items expected them in time for a party it has been 2 weeks since party and no package. Customer service keeps saying 3-5 business days it took them 15 business days to ship and only shipped partial items of what I paid for now telling me 3-5 business days for last item to ship. I probably wont even get the 2 items they claim are in the mail. And according to reviews if any items show up they probably wont fit! SCAM!

Since dealing with pop Julia I will NEVER deal with clothing on line without checking reviews and return policy. It is suspcious that they only take returns though the post office which is cost prohibitive. The credits offered are a joke. Once burnt twice shy.
The sizing is ridiculous and a complete sham. I even bought 2 sizes too big in anticipation of this and still are too small. Made for children.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I will never buy from China again - there seems to be a number of these companies all attracting really negative reviews online, including Liligal. I waited weeks for the coat I ordered to arrive, and when it did, I was very disappointed - far too small, very short sleeves and in horrible man-made fabric, not suitable for a coat at all. They make you jump through hoops to arrange a return, and it's very expensive. They claim that the parcel never reached them, although I know it arrived in China, so consequently, I never got my money back!

I really wish I had read reviews (apart from the likely fake Facebook ones) about this company. The clothes I ordered look like children's sizes. It took a really long time to arrive (with the order being broken up). The last item never did, and that was probably fortunate, since they did refund that item (on 2/12/2018, after the order was made on 12/30/2017). I tried to return the other items, but got a message that it is too late. I am going through my credit card benefit of extended return protection for a hopeful remedy.

I am very very irritated with this company. The material is not as described. I returned these items back to the China warehouse and even paid for a $60+ shipping/handling fee. I even paid for a tracking# to make sure the packages get returned safely. I received a text that the package was held in China Customs and for the past 2 months, I've been emailing with the customer service team of PopJulia and nobody is helping me find these items in China. I just want my money back. When I received these clothes, the material was too cheap and the size definitely did not fit. I order from online websites all the time. This is ridiculous I ended up getting scammed and I'm still arguing with them to get my money back. I am in Illinois and this is really stressful that I can't find out who is in charge of this company! I definitely just reported to BBB.org to make sure this company gets shut down.

I bought several pieces from the site - some looked like the product I ordered. Others were laughable. For instance, I bought a sweater/cape that was supposed to come to my midthigh - it didn't even come to the top of my pants. I couldn't get my arms through the sleeves on one sweater - nor could my 8-year-old daughter. One dress was like a tent. Another too small to wear. It takes about 3 weeks to get these clothes after you order them. I assume they are being made in a sweatshop in a developing country.

I don't believe the "positive" reviews on this site. They send cheap, poorly made plastic -feeling polyester garbage that looks nothing like the images on their site. They are so poorly sewn it is unbelievable. Their sizing is WAY off, and when I tried to return the garbage for a refund, they literally refused it. Three months later, after paying for return shipping, the poorly made garbage arrived back on my doorstep. Do not buy from these bums - you will lose your money! They are thieves!
Does not even deserve 1 star. Where do I begin? I ordered two items. A sweater and a jacket. The sweater I received was 5 sizes too small and very poor quality. The model picture showed a lot of bulk and draping and this sweater wouldnt even fit my 10 year old it was so small. The jacket hasnt even arrived even though I received the sweater a few days back. The company is giving me the run around about their policy. They want to give me a prorated return on the sweater. I told them no thats unacceptable and did them to give me a 100% refund because I cant wear the item at all and the other one was lost or never shopped at all. Completely taken by this fake company. Stay away!

I received great service from pop Julia as well as fast delivery and super great quality of the products that I ordered.
My strong suspicion after appalling experience is that this may just be a scam.
I ordered 'clothing' in December that was eventually dispatched from UK centre a month later. No labels on anything, very odd fabric, bizarre sizes - just didn't look like actual clothing. Is the fabric even fire safe. Forced to return to China at own costs despite querying why couldn't return to UK dispatch centre. I paid for Royal Mail tracking so saw safely arrived in China one month ago. Pop Julia deny receiving it - surprise surprise. Deny responsibility for 'customs' or 'lost'. Don't ever buy from them.
