I purchased 3 sweater dresses and a pair of shoes. One dress was so small a 10 year couldnt wear it. Another had ink marks on it and the shoes never arrived until I asked for money back for them and 3 months later they showed up. I asked 3 times for a return label to send the other items back and they would never respond back. So Im stuck with wrong sizes and damaged clothes and no way to get my money back. DONt ORDER FROM THEM. THE ARE VERY TERRIBLE!
I made the order on the 17th of January, today is the 21st of February and I still didn't receive the goods.
The tracking is not updated.

Cheap crap. Items described as wool are cheap polyester. Sweatshirts and tunics are transparent. It looks too good to be true, because it is too good to be true. These are terrible.

I am very pleased with my first purchase on this shop, I needed an elegant dress for a ceremony and I was able to find what I liked at low cost. I found punctuality, quality and courtesy. Highly recommended
I ordered several dresses in a size larger than I usually wear (I was told to order up since sizes run small, so I did).
Order arrived about four weeks later. Although the dresses were the same size, the fit was very different for each. Some I couldnt get over my head, length was barely to my thighs, others were way too big& long. Obviously sizing is off. Quality is horrible.
Returns must go to China at buyers expense. I got package after I returned from vacation, which was over two weeks from the day packages were delivered. I emailed them to see if, under the circumstances I could still return ( they have a two week limit). No response received.
DONT BUY HERE! Not worth the aggrevation!

I was beyond happy when I received my parcel. It arrived on time. The clothes of good quality and just like in the pictures. I have been disappointed before by other sites but this one did not.
This website is horrible! Size charts all wrong! Customer service is awful! Do not waste your money! Returns are not free! They make you attempt to ship your return to China, you have to pay shipping, and then the package didnt even arrive (using their shipping label!). The quality is awful! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Horrible experience with them. I found a few styles I liked and ordered, I waited 4 weeks to receive the package, which is OK as I was warned it will take 4-6 weeks.
I carefully checked the size chart for each item upon ordering, however after I received package and found out a few items need to be exchanged, I had to pay postage myself (cost ~$25) to send it back somewhere in China.
So, here is the frustrating thing, the package has been sent out for over a month, I contacted Popjulia customer services by email (they only have email) and showed them the post-office custom form as well as the tracking number, then was informed that they haven't received anything and cannot track the package and I suppose to track the package myself? If they don't receive the package, they won't exchange or refund.
Oh, I forgot to mention, upon receiving my order, there is one item missing, contacted them, they said they will process right away, they have been saying it for a month as well, the last email I received says that everyone is on vacation, they cannot get the shipping confirmation, I just have to wait.
Anyway, all the email exchange is very frustrating, few people I have exchanged email with, didn't say anything such as sorry, I understand your frustration etc, they are just rude.
This online store seems like don't know how to do business in US. Their items are quite expensive if you consider all these you probably have to go through. Multiply their price by 3, if you feel like that you can throw that money away, then order with them.

Paypal will contact the company try to help to get a refund on your behalf. If your finances are tight, then you are gambling and will lose your money.
Ordered two pair of shoes on 11/30/17. Attempted to contact company 12/30/17, January 1-6 with no luck. Purchased was made via Paypal, so contacted for assistance in getting refund on 1/10/18. On 1/21/18, received 1 of the 2 items ordered. Chicv International Holding Limited informed Paypal that all items had been ship & to stop refund request. The shoes were smaller than size ordered and poor quality. On 2/8/18, requested for refund was made through Paypal for the shoes not received. Both items was supposed to be delivered in 10-12 business days. One of the two items ordered 11/30/17 was received 1/21/18 (7 weeks later/35 business days). This company does not want repeat customers and appears to be only looking for individuals to scam. Please Do Not become another scam victim and make others aware of this company's scam practice!

Ordered 3 sweaters 3 months ago and still waiting. Every time I email them I get a auto reply saying my order is on its way but shipping can now be up to 30 -45 days out.( I started out with 7-10 days). Tracking number doesn't even exist that they gave me. What a crock and they got my money. I wish I would of looked into this company before spending my money. Please review this company first of if you are wanting to throw money away and get nothing... this is for you. Buyer Beware!

I have never shopped at a web site so unconcerning. I ordered a dress on December 4,2017. I have not received it yet. I grant you, it was cheap. Hopefully cheap is not the key word here. But i wouldn't know since i have not received it yet. When I text customer service, all I get is a form text saying its on its way: should be there in 10 to 20 days, that was over a month ago.Its a winter dress that I though I'd get to wear for Christmas or maybe New Years, NO, don't think I'll get this dress this winter. I am very upset. I will never order from this site again.

Customer service is also great, they are ready to answer any question you have. If you are looking for cheap items with great quality you should deffinitely check this site.
This is an Asian company, mailing from China. Returns cost $40-100 shipping, and questionable if they will accept them. Poor, inconsistent quality. Sizing all over the map, inconsistent. Bought 4 items of the same size. 2 too small to get on. Sleeves of different lengths and too short, one way shorter than the other. Poor customer service. These guys should be shut down!

They are crooks, there is an entire web page devoted their crookedness. They take your money, take forever to ship and the quality and sizes are off, they require you to pay for the return and it costs 30 to 50 dollars and they may not accept it. CROOKS. Stay away.

I spent $120 to order 5 dresses for my sister. When I received the items, they looked completely different from the dresses posted by this company. Popjulia uses VERY LOW QUALITY materials to make the clothes. My sister can't wear them.
I contacted the customer services. The guy called "Chris" said I need to pay for shipping the clothes back to China in order to get a refund. This is BS. I then called my credit card company and reported their scam.
They are working on disputing the order. I don't want anyone to experience this, I would have given them 0 star if I could.
Please be careful! I wish I had checked here before I ordered.
Beware that their shipping time includes preparing time. I payed extra for expedite my order. But after 6 days, no info about shipping. I asked and got answer was they were in preparing the order, "2-5 business days" of delivery time is calculated from the date they send out the package. I guess preparing time is totally up to them and can be various. And more, they do not guarantee the exactly 2-5 days after shipping and it can be various and depends on your delivery address.
