I can say that I really love it... the items are so perfect in the size and the shipping is so fast! My advice is to buy from this website because also the staff is so kind with customers for every proplem or request.
I purchased two pairs of jeans and didnt get them until a month after I bought them. Then when they arrived, the inseam is way too short looking like capris. Then the botton holes werent even cut out! I could not even button them if I wanted too. Then the stitching is all messed up and sticking out on the inside seem of the jeans. Total scam! Do not purchase there! Plus the returns have to be paid by the customer all the way too China which will cost more than the clothes. So now I am stuck with a $55 purchase of jeans I cannot wear because there are no button holes to even button them up! I would rate a zero if I could!
They are lying about the price. Furthermore the price is different on everywhere, on Facebook, app, on-line web.
Website looks beautiful but nothing else is true.

Such a poor quality clothing---misrepresentation; Clothing looks good on the web but... what piece of xxx; I returned the merchandise and I wind-up paying almost $53 for the shipping. I wish I read this sitejabber before I place my order. This company should not be on the web at all selling accessories to the USA.

All of the 1-star reviews on this site are true. The pictures on the site are fake and what you get is absolute garbage, after a 2-month wait for delivery, and then you can't return. I am so upset. This company needs to be shut down. If you take a look at the 5-star reviews, they are clearly all written by the same person trying to impersonate an English-speaker but not totally getting it right. SiteJabber, you need to flag these fake reviews and represent PopJulia's true consumer score, which is 1 star.

This place sells really cheap clothes, very misleading. Also, be aware to receive your items two months later. They completely ignore what you request in the E-mail and do whatever they want. The worst online shopping experience - horrible customer service, hard to return, bad quality, etc.
Update: Since they replied and I can't directly reply back here - just be aware - their "kind" sounding feedback here in this feed is all a lie! I emailed again and unlike what they stated, no refund whatsoever and their reply is very unprofessional and rude.
If you like cheap quality clothes that would fall apart or be full of pills after a couple of wear, purchase here. If you're a smart shopper and care about quality, Do NOT. The worse manipulative response ever. Don't trust this online vendor at all!

Bought a sweater for myself... Miss sized... my 8 year old daughter size!. Sleeves are too short for any size bed quality! The color is not as advertised! And oh my God try to return... Pay shipping to China which will be more than sweater or dress! Stay away! Horrible customer service., I mean there is none just one guy sitting answering emails youre lucky if he will answer you!

I bought a dress from Web popjulia.com on 12/24/17. I paid an extra to ship it on an expedition. It supposed to arrive at me in 7-10 day. However, I did not receive it until 1/18/18.
When I received the product, I was shocked that the size of the item was not the same as the size they listed on the website. For example, the received item is 34 in length instead of 38.2 listed on the web, the bust is 33 instead of 35.4 and the waist is less than 29 instead of 32.3.
I emailed them to request return/refund because the bad QA control which causes by their side. However, they ask me to pay the shipping fee if theres any return. This is ridiculous that the customer is to force sharing their misguided action and their poor quality control issue.
The return fee is going to cost almost the money I paid for the dress. Meantime, many emails back & forth disappointed me after I received the item. (I even took the pictures of all measurements). Finally, I decide not to waste my time for the uncertainty they might create during the returning process. Doing business with this company is not reliable, and their imprudent method to deal with their customer is totally unacceptable.

I am a medium or small in Lands End, so I bought PopJulia (several items) in extra large or "one size fits all" -- they are the size of a child! Too bad-they have cute styles and good prices. I had to give everything away.

If you don't like the product, just pay return shipping... to CHINA. Of course that costs more than the purchase. The fabric was as thin as a child's Halloween costume. The garments were entirely too small for adults, and PopJulia called the unfinished seams a "fashion element".
Feels like a well oiled scam to me... including 'positive' reviews.

I felt so stupid after I read the complaints. My package was sent to the wrong address... but the postal carrier saw the error and I got my items. I put off opening the package for several days. Finally, expecting the worst, opened the package and "viola" both items were perfect! I just kept looking at the pieces, very happy. Btw I'm a size 16 both item are size large and the sleeves hit right at the top of my hand. So there you have it.
This is a trash website. I regret I didnt read the review before spending money. I have not received all the items 2 months after placing order. The return window is only 15 days and it costs a fortune to return anything because the return center is in China. There is no phone number to call. It took them 5 days to respond to email. They have no concept of courtesy to customers. Such company should not be allowed to conduct business in the US. I hope lawyers will take action to throw them out and protect the American consumers.

It takes forever to receive as it comes from China. If its too good to true, then its probably not true. The photos look nice, but the quality is not. The worst, however, is if the items dont work (which the wont), youll pay 5x what they cost to ship back! So, instead, they offer you 15% refund... which you may or may not receive (I havent). Seriously, just dont do it! Youd get better quality at Walmart!

First, all of the reviews below that have five stars are fake. If you read them, you see that they are all similarly written and contain very generic responses.
Next, all of the clothes are nothing like the pictures or even the descriptions. I purchased 7 items, and all of them are extremely small. I usually wear a small or a medium, and I still purchased some medium and large sizes because I thought the clothes might run a bit small. However, these clothes were so small to the point where they were unwearable. They were small, and the sizes were not proportionate at all.
Next, the clothing material is so cheap that it irritates your skin. When I attempted to put on the tiny clothes, it made me feel really itchy. After I tried on the clothes, my skin was left feeling itchy and red. The clothes were made from the cheapest possible materials.
If that does not deter you from purchasing from this website, then let me add that it takes over a month for the order to arrive. If you do order from this website (which you will regret), it will be best to forget that you ordered at all. Otherwise, you will just be irritated from waiting for your order.
I will definitely never purchase from this website again and other websites like it, and I hope this review will also help others stay away from this website as well.

I ordered clothes 11/2017 from this site based on the gorgeous clothes that was featured. It took 4-5 email correspondence/reassurances that I would get my product. I got almost all of my clothes yesterday (1/2018) & AM DISAPPOINTED BEYOND BELIEF! Aside from not having all my clothes (still waiting on 2 dresses & 1 pair of boots) I opened my packages only to discover that they had sent me doll clothes & baby shoes.
I am 5'2" & weigh 117 & the clothes they sent could fit a child of 10 years old. The dress with the lips was soooo small that I'm considering cutting of the bottom & the sleeves & wearing the top as a workout top for the gym. The shoes (I wear a size 8.5) are soo tight on my feet that I feel pain in the tips of my toes.
I have spent $112. At this site & I have nothing GOOD to say about any of the products or customer service personnel.
I'd send the stuff back but since it took almost 2 months to get the limited amount of my order; I fear that I'd wind up with absolutely nothing for my money.
Save your money & spend it at Venus, Shein, or Fashion Mia. At least those people care about you enough to be fast, courteous, & their clothes are QUALITY.
I sent an email regarding the rest of my order; but I don't expect to have them; since there is always an issue with the shipping/courier service overseas that seems to take 1 month to begin the process of moving your items to ports in the United States.
I am just sad that I can't give this place a rating lower than 1 cause that would still be an over exaggeration & overly generous score.

The sizes are all Asian based. Shoes for instance were at least 1" to 2" shorter than US shoes for the same size. Largest size clothes are equal to about small to small-medium. If you need to return, you pay for it. Rates to China - one small box was $90. You cannot set up tracking. And company claims they never got it. WORST.

Shipping took more than 6 weeks to deliver for 2 dresses. And worst quality clothes. Stay away from this site. We have been told that this site is based in UK, but it is not. They are located in China
