Order has been "processing" forever, several phone calls, put on hold and then told "processing"
Would cancel order if there was a simple way even to do that
I have not received this order that was placed on June 1st. Have received no feedback or advisement of delay. Very disappointed in this transaction and would not do business with this company again. I hope to hear from them soon to help me resolve this issue.

Order arrived in two shipments days apart. Apparently the warehouse sent one toilet instead of the two I ordered so I had to make a call to insure the order would be completed.
Super easy to search for items and east to checkout with Amazon pay. After I placed the order, they called me to confirm that I was comfortable with the lead time, which was great.
