The reason I only gave a four was the fact that I was charged extra for it to be sent to Hawaii. Also the amount of time that it took to get here.

We absolutely love our new faucet and we're glad we went with plumbtile to order - they had the best price. Everything arrived in perfect condition and we were able to self-install.
They are all happy and cheerful on the sales side, service, good luck! There phones do not work, finally got the piece shipped back, at my cost, minus 25% restocking, then I get an email saying it was used, I took it out of the box and looked at it and shipped it back. I'm done, they suck!

After placing my order, I was notified that there would be a delay and offered the chance to cancel. I was not in a hurry and able to wait. The item arrived well before the indicated delay date. I was glad that I waited and that Plumbtile had notified me and didn't keep me hanging. I would definitely do business with them again.
Placed an order on 10/27, received an email from Dawn telling me the order will take 18-22 weeks and it is non-returnable, non-cancellable. OK, I said proceed with the order. On Oct. 31 I get an email that it will be an extra $98 to ship my order (this is on a $1,000+ order). Unacceptable bait-and-switch ordering process. Avoid this seller and give your business to a company that doesn't use these tricks.
I ordered a Faucet on 05/06/2021. After 3 weeks the order status was still Processing. Plumbtile could not tell me shipping estimate date. Eventually I asked to cancel the order. After 8 days of cancelation I still has not received my refund. My two last messages are ignored. Now I have to open credit card dispute. Waste of time. My bathroom project was delayed for a month because of them.
5/30/2021 We sure dropped the ball communicating with you on this order... Unfortunately due to supply chain issues with our vendors across the industry we are struggling with getting orders shipped in a timely fashion. This is no excuse for us failing to keep you updated so you had a choice as to how you wanted to proceed.

They didnt refund my money, i buy myson radiators from them, after a year one of them is leaking, we call the company and send the video to them, they saw the leakage, but they want us to send the radiator to Vermont store its about $400 shipping, or drive to there its about 5 hours, they see the video why they dont give me mr refund, nobody want to pay, either myson or plumtile, they dont care..
You had a part that no one else did.
Hard to find product at a great price!
I just noticed after I click that at the end you added $9.99 for shipping, it weighs like 1 pound. Thats a ripoff and I don't use sites again when something like that happens.
ORIGINAL: This is the only source I could find for the Myson heater hoses that didn't force buying the ball valves all over. ADDED: The economics of this are a mystery. I ordered from you but they shipped directly from Myson in Vermont. It seems to me that Myson could sell to the consumer at the same discounted price that you charge, and everybody wins (except Plumbtile). And your record-keeping seems to be suspect. I got an email notice that the order had shipped long after they had been delivered and my cats were back loving their warm spots next to the kick-space heaters in the kitchen. And it's now getting close to two months since the original order and you're just getting around to asking for feedback.

I ordered Emtek cabinet hardware and am very happy with my purchase and quality of product was better than the pictures.
Delivery took a long time and delivery charge was expensive. Item also overpriced.
