The right part and a reasonable price... they even offered a discount on my first purchase. The website was easy to navigate too!
Shipping took quite a long time, luckily we had to stop work due to COVID otherwise we would have received the products a month after we finished the job. We still have not installed them Im assuming we have everything we need but I cannot install them until June when they release some of the restrictions due to the customer not wanting people in their home at this time.
Beware, they have no interest in keeping customers, only making money while they can. After discussion regarding a part that does not fit per our discussion, and then trying to retire so to order a different one... This company not only does not provide shipping. It will not refund and charge a 25% restocking fee. Unbelievable. Especially during a time of online and non personable orders. They make no exceptions for the situations. Everybody else is going to make us exceptions except the business. Terrible. Do not do business with them. I'm sure it's from China anyway.
Good source of hard to find items at a good price!
Their website is easy to navigate. My items were on back order but Plumbtile keep me informed on approximate shipping times. When items became available tracking was provided. Great company and I will continue using them. Thank you, Mark

The order was delayed considerably. When it came it was not the faucet model that was ordered. It was adequate so I did not return it but am not satisfied with the product that was sent to me.

Follow up by customer service was not what I expected. Tracking need to be improved along with the way customers are informed of delivery schedule. Customer service representative was great and did follow up after call!

Lucy, we represent over 1 million items on our site, when an order for a part is placed we need to get it from our supplier, unfortunately they charge us a 25% restocking fee which we need to pass on to our customers in order to maintain our lowest pricing guarantee. I wish there was a way around this policy but in order for suppliers to accept returns they do demand a restock fee. Sorry for your disappointment.
