I purchased Pixel Film Studios' AutoTracker 2.1. At first, I had issues where several tracking values and scaling didn't work, but the support chat was amazing. They broke down the issues, gave me several suggestions, and personally had the developer take a look into the issue immediately from my screen recording. The support agent was very helpful and friendly and although there are a few bugs, I am loving the plugin and already had recommended it to my friend!
Excellent customer support, had a problem with the brush glow (some tools where missing) did the live chat, he walked me through the process and it was back working in no time!

If you are missing controls for FCPX Brush Glow you will need to manually launch FCPXArtistBrush by double clicking the application (FCPXArtistBrush) while FCPX is closed and no external drives are connected.
FCPXArtistBrush can be found in this file path if installed correctly.

My brush glow was not working so I contacted Pixel Film Studios for support. They solved my problem by explaining that my folders were missing so i created then reinstalled and it worked right after.

If you have experienced missing controls please make sure that you have the following file path.
Macintosh HD > Library > Plugin-Ins > FxPlug
If you do not have the Plug-Ins or FxPlug folder in your library make sure to create these folders with the correct spelling and then re-download and reinstall the plugin.
I've beed using their product since I've start doing editing with FCPX
The plug-ins are very easy to use and even I got stock on some of the function, the live chat representative are trying their best to help me solve my issue.

I saw a bunch of reviews online for this Glow Brush plugin. It was the first plugin I actually paid for and I was nervous yet excited. Initially it didn't work and I was pretty nervous, but then I contacted customer support and got it sorted quickly.
Some of the controls weren't showing up and I wasn't able to use the full functionality of the plugin, but customer support quickly showed me how to fix this, including screenshots and fast responses.

I've had trouble installing a few plugins. I have Charts, LUT Enhance, Pro DOF, ProLayouts, 3D Model, Audio Visualizer2, and ProPhone 2. Most installed fine. When I needed support they responded immediately and solved the issues right away.

I've been purchasing plugins from Pixel Films Studios for a while now and like all software, issues are bound to happen from time to time. Recently I've upgraded computers and needed to migrate my plugins, I have to say that technical support team has been stellar at providing great service when implementation issues came up. (Problem presented when the plugins moved to a different place in the library) With newly purchased plugins they were at the ready to fix downloading and installations issues as well. Definitely, these products are part of my go to arsenal to complete projects. I highly recommend them.

I have already bought several pixelfilmstudios plugins and I cannot be happier, it has saved me a lot of hours of work and it is super easy to use and install. The technical support is also great, any questions are resolved the same day or at any time using the support chat. I don't put more stars because there isn't, but it deserves more.

First off they have a great, professional product, I've purchased many products from Pixel Studio's to make great Digital Video Productions. I was having a problem with ProTiltShift, the mask wasn't working. To fix it they GAVE me a complimentary plugin, FCPX Camera. I was still having problems and couldn't get the mask to work. A Pixel Studio's professional shared my Mac and fixed the problem quickly. This was a JOB so I appreciate the time and effort from Pixel Studios. Simply the best!

So I've been using Pixel Film Studio for a year or so now and rarely have issues! And when I do, I hop on the the chat site and PFS walks me through what I need to do to adjust issues. Usually the issues are user related and can be fixed pretty quickly. These plug ins make me look much better at my job than what I really am! Really thankful for this company!
