I kept getting a red screen with a T and a warning sign on one of my overlays. I went to their tech support with the issue and with in minutes they found the issue. They got it to a developer and they had it fixed and ready to download in less than a half hour.

There's little to say about Pixel Film Studios's products that most people don't already know. But, if I was describing them to a friend who was a newbie, though, I would simply say that they deliver unmistakably professional results, using veery user-friendly controls with a surprisingly short learning curve. :) I knew that before I bought my first plugin from them. What I didn't know (but hoped for) is that their aftersale support would match the quality of their products. I would, of course, have preferred the support to be over the phone (with simultaneous screen-sharing) to speed things up, but I realize that when selling globally, that would mean that they would need a 24/7 call center just for that :P BUT, their live-chat support agents are EXTREMELY knowledgable, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, committed to help you! And that means EVERYTHING to me. So I will keep buying from there.:)
An example of their amazing support, I bought the ProAnonymous 2.0 plugin, and was having difficulty understanding how I would blur/pixelate MULTIPLE faces dancing at a party (as this was the first time I used a product like this). They spent over 3 hours screensharing with me (after I couldn't understand what they were instructing me over chat; being a newbie myself) until they "spoon-fed" me even the basics of masking! :P :P So far, ANYTHING I have needed help with, they've been there. So KUDOS to them! :)
It feels great to receive acknowledgment of products and support like this! We do the very best possible to create incredible products for editors of all levels, but we especially enjoy hearing about how much our fans love the products!

After installing the product and having issues with it working, a developer was able to help me fix the problem. Initially we weren't able to figure it out, but after about 30 min, it's fixed!
