My boyfriend ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day since I am in Spain for the semester. He received the confirmation email on Feb. 11th that they had been delivered, but it is now Feb. 20th and I still haven't received them, even after several emails and chats with "customer representatives" who claim they are still waiting to hear back from their local partner. They also said they would call and/or send me an email when they hear from their partner, which has yet to happen. We're now asking for our money back. Do NOT order from them, you will be disappointed.
They did teh same thing with us - asked for an extra $5- luckily i had read reviews on here and ordered as backup thru another site!
Absolutely terrible! It doesn't even deserve 1 star. Everyone, DO NOT order from this lousy company. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday that was supposed to arrive during the day on her birthday. She heard nothing until 9pm at that night!
If you want to p#ss off someone dear to you, go ahead and trust their service.
Absolutely dreadful. Ordered 2 bouquets to Europe, on day of first scheduled delivery received email stating couldn't send ordered flowers out of stock & would I go online & reorder which I refused to do having already checked funds had cleared from account. After quoting them Distance Selling Act 2000 and threatening Office of Fair Trading they eventually delivered completely different flowers. Second bouquet never received on transacted day either, over 4 days late, not what was ordered plus no surprise element due to having to ask recipients to let me know if they'd got flowers. Just awful, nobody answers telephone - would never recommend using this company.
Do not order from this site ever. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend in Germany on Friday June 18th. I paid extra money for the next day delivery, got confirmation for delivery of the flowers on Friday 18th.
However the flowers did not arrive until Monday of the following week. To make things worse they claim they will check with neighbors and leave the flowers with them. Nobody did that or even try to call the number I left there.
I contacted their customer support for refund, all they said was the delivery is not guaranteed. If it is not then don't advertise next day delivery!

Very bad - I wish I had seen this webiste - they accepted my purchase, then at the last minute, changed my order. They called the night before to ask if it was OK. I would have used another service if I had time.
Note - this is a company in India - I didn't realize it until they called me the night before delivery.
Absolutely pathetic service. I placed the order almost a week ago for Mother's Day flowers to be delivered to India and it's evening there now and yet it hasn't been delivered. When I called them up and asked them they are so clueless, they don't even know who their retailer is in the city. They "trust" they will deliver soon enough is what I heard from them. And then again they don't promise that the flowers will be fresh given that it is going to be delivered late. Absolutely f*** all service! Will never use them ever again. More stress for every buck you pay these folks!
Don't do it! I ordered 2 weeks ago for my girlfriends birthday on March 10th. They were to deliver between 11am - 3pm. I got an email from customer service at 4:30 pm... the day of scheduled delivery, asking me for extra money because of the distance from the local flower shop to the place of delivery. And that they could not deliver until the following day until i agreed to pay the extra fee. Unbelievable!
This people rip off the customers and florists who work for them. Don't ever use it because the peed off florists will either not deliver it or send a supermarket bunch instead of a nice bouquet. Use local florists only, not order collectors.

I wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order with the website. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to a friend of mine on a special day. The flowers never arrived. I emailed the customer service twice but no reply. I also tried calling their UK customer service numbers but it was continuously going to voicemail which was already full and couldn't accept any further messages to be left on the voicemail.
So I am left with no option but to regret the fact that I decided to place an order with this useless website!
Really disgusting... i really hate this website, i really got insulted twice because of their irresponsibility. I made the order for the friendship day, it has never been delivered... The reason they said to me was that the deliver van has met with the accident and they couldnt deliver it, alright it happens but it almost 10 days past and still they could nt deliver the item. So, i can for sure tell you your gal frn gonna slap you if you send flowers through this website coz they deliver it for mothers day.
This was the most horrible experience I have had with a company. I cannot believe they are still in business. I ordered something to be delivered on July 13th and when it had not been delivered, I called their customer service, or so they call it. They told me the product was no longer available. They were not willing to do anything extra to make up for their mistake. Please do not buy from this company!
