I ordered my son's soya milk from them yesterday they dint diliver and mangers are rude but if my sons diabetes gets worse I'm going to show them bcs I did get him his weekly milk and bcs of pnp he does not have it. Management treats people like slaves or servent. Pearl Klaas
The deliver incorrect products. No refund. Bags poor quality. Cannot hold products on delivery. Delivered broken eggs, broken 2l milk. After sending them numerous emails you lucky if you get a refund..
If you're thinking of giving pick n pay the benefit of doubt, don't! Unless you don't mind waiting +2hrs going on 3 for an order that is still being packed or unless you enjoy being put on hold with no assistance. 60 seconds delivery is a scam. Extremely disappointed.
I started making calls an hour after I had ordered.
I would like to say Thumbs up on your Yoghurts well done I can not trade it for anything - I make sure we have it.
I normally shop at Pick n Pay On Nicol, which is such a lovely clean, friendly, well managed store. Today I was in the Northgate area so decided to go to Pick n Pay Northgate. I was shocked - the store is filthy, the staff walk around talking to each other at the top of their voices and push past you in the aisles. The tellers chat amongst themselves, and when you greet them they completely ignore you. When I thanked the lady who packed my trolley she glared at me and carried on talking to the teller as if I didn't exist. What a shocking experience and an embarrassment to the Pick n Pay franchise.
I ordered online at 10:39 and at 14:18 the app status updated to delivered and I had not received my order. I phoned their help desk more than 4 times and they kept on giving me different stories.
Story 1: There was no one at my place, yet I was home all day.
Story 2: There was an Uber strikes and no drivers.
Story 3: My address was incorrect on the app.
Story 4: Order at the shop they are trying to get someone to deliver.
Last straw at 6pm, they will refund me in 10 business days. That time I had used my last cents for that order. Now I must see what I do until they refund me.
I am disgusted at the service!
I am very dissatisfied with the attitude of your staff. They look you in your face and don't greet, I Swiped my card and the cashier literally didn't have the decency to give me the slip in my hand, I had to tear it off myself and take my items myself. For as long as I've been using Picknpay Claremont I feel they treat people by their skin colour and looks.
Pick and Pay have the fake virus police on standby to force you to wear a mask that does not stop any supposed viruses for a pandemic that does not exist and force you to put $#*! on your hands to "sanitize" you for again virus that does not exist and this sanitiser and the mask damages your health!

I spent hours mailing them and calling them waiting for my order but they cancelled it and refunded me. Ordered for 10 am and at 2 pm it was still showering going to be delivered! Called in and the lady that answered lied and said she's sending the order through again only to see it was cancelled. No one contacted me and I had a mum who had surgery and was waiting for her groceries. Shame on you pick and pay. You lost a customer.

YOUR DRIVER STOLE MY PHONE! I HAVE BEEN TRACKING IT. HIS NAME IS JUNIOR MULUMBA AND MY PHONE IS ALL OVER PRETORIA ACCORDING TO THE TRACKER!
Highly dissapointed in Pnp. I placed an order for delivery on Saturday Evening so my parents in JHB would recieve groceries early. The entire Sunday I had to sit sending emails and call the call center. Same story ever time. Delivery showed between 10 and 11. App showed goods have been delivered. Called my mom who has disabilities to go downstaires for her parcel. Pnp was not there. This happened 3 times, and 3 times I had to call customer support. 3 times my mom had to go downstairs for nothing. I ordered her ready to eat food so she does not have to cook. Eventually customer service offered to refund me.
They send me an email saying that the refund failed 3 times! Recieved another email today to send my banking details. Still waiting for a refund.
I will never recommend using pnp app for deliveries. It's not worth the headache. Soon as I get my refund, I'm uninstalling.
I ordered a few things including bread and milk and they delivered the oldest stock, the bread expired the next day (it was so hard) and the milk as well. This is was so disappointing.
I also order banana's that had mould on them. This is truly unacceptable.
Ordered my delivery at 11:13, at 11:44 it advised me its delivered. I still have NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.
You whatsapp them nothing, I specifically ordered online because I am doing an online course, yet I have had to stop studying for this pick n pay. I have called 7 times, nobody gets back to me. Absolutely disgusting service
Very disappointed in delivery service. Man who delivered my stuff was very rude and left my stuff on the sidewalk. Utterly shocked and disappointed in this behavior.
I sent you countless emails about an order you failed to deliver on the 12th of November, till today your not responding, yet the statement shows that you did debit my account, what a kak service, guys buy online at your own risk
R 21.99 paid for Ham, Cheese & Tomato Panini's@ Musgrave Mall Durban. Had to eat it with vey few salad, 1 slice of Ham and 1 slice of Tomato... It was packed to display the contents; but to find out that it had basically no Salad, Ham or Tomato. Except for the Cheese, it was an "empty shell".
What a rip-off. My dogs had a better lunch... Shame on you Pick n Pay Musgrave! Bad experience. Can't trust you Deli...

I originally ordered online from ASAP about 3 months ago. Due to a lack of stock I required a refund that took a while to be refunded due to technical issues. However Cazley Petersen provided such amazing follow up service I was swayed to use the app again.
I placed an order for a 12 of Castle Larger to be delivered to my brother (order number *******), he received the order of 12 Castle Light, since he has drunk half I had asked that we please have the remaining 6 exchanged tot he brand he does drink.
I was told that a refund voucher for the 6 would be issued and we could keep the 6 for our troubles (a much appreciated gesture) I confirmed with the agent I was speaking to that no minimum required spend for this voucher would be applied and she assured me there wouldn't be.
Once I received the voucher and I realized she was ill informed, I then requested the cancel the voucher and I rather get the refund because i no longer wanted to use the ASAP app. The ticket was marked resolved at 3:07pm 10 October 2021 as my refund would be processed.
Suffice to say, 2:19pm on the 26 October 2021 i sent an email to Cazley Petersen indicating my refund STILL had not been processed, I provided a screen shot of my banking history to confirm. I was told she would investigate and revert back.
At 2:19 on the 05 November 2021 (today) I requested that Cazley Petersen just re-issue the voucher as i still had not received my refund or any feedback from her. She proceeded to get an agent to call me who no understanding of the issue and basically undermining my complaint.
While it may not be a lot of money, the fact is it still is MY money, I feel highly disrespected in the manner in which this query has been resolved. And all i request is a full refund by COB Monday morning.
And if you have any question WHY Checkers 60 is kicking your behinds regarding online, is because of situations like this, there app is slick, jacked and all queries are effectively resolved with in 5 working days.
Ordered online for delivery and had to wait a while 4 hours to get my delivery even though the app promises to deliver within 60 minutes. Not to mention some of the items on my list were wrong. Not pleased at all
Pick n Pay asap! I placed an order (#*******) at 08:31 to be delivered between 10:00 and 11:00. I called their call centre after 11:00 as there was no delivery. The call centre lady (with an attitude) said there was no driver to bring it. It would be sent through when and if a driver becomes available, Unbelievable! They are running a delivery service with no drivers!?!? And I had to call them to find that out. I do not recommend Pick n Pay asap!
Answer: Pick n Pay online has helped me feed myself when I was sick and it has also helped my elderly mother. I am able to shop remotely
