Worse service ever!

PnP offers very poor service when comes to delivery, it's either they are late or deliver wrong parcel then take forever to respond to your mail. I orders yesterday and they delivered wrong parcel, I sent it back and up until now haven't heard from then and no delivery has been made. Meaning I've to drive to lay a complaint by the store of which I paid delivery for my parcel but they just don't care. That's my very last time using PnP app. I'll try checkers at least they do not outsource their transporters. I'm annoyed

The $#*!test app in the world. The app NEVER EVER works. It takes me 3 hours just to get onto the site. Then if I do manage to actually order and pay for my delivery only half if I'm lucky gets to my home.
The drivers are filthy and tacky looking as well.

I ordered good from pick n pay online - what a pot of s@#$
You should " plak jou gat" and not move Belinda the manager - not assisting at all - you can use a cup but you cant use aganets or so called managers - not assisting at all only working from handbook
You work on thier time adn thats it they will take your money and can refund it the same day o no they will only pay you back in 1 to 7 days - but fast to take the amount - better go to a checkers online take alot etc as the drivers and deliveries is fast and refunds done in the not even half an hour - that is service

So I waned to try out Pick n Pay's online grocery delivery, not good at all. U don't know what u buying weight wise when u want to order mince meat or any any other meat product priced by weight. On their app they give u an estimated weight between for example 800g-1.4kg. No small meat packages availabe on the app for delivery, only the larger ones. This forces u to rather go and do the physical shopping yourself as one don't want to always buy bulk, especially if u only two people in the household. Also the price looks very inflated on the delivery app, hence I'm sure it's still much cheaper to rather purchase the old way, going into the shop yourself, not good.

Very bad service

Placed an order around 12pm and it was meant to be delivered around 15h00 been waiting next thing app says it will be delivered tomorrow this is not the first time this happens such an inconvenience.

This my exact problem literally everytime I order by them whenever I order its states nothing about out of stock the moment you pay few minutes after that they let you know after you already paid for the items this is the worst grocery app seriously

Driver Assulted My Husband!
December 28, 2022

After today, I will never buy from your company again! I placed an order (spending R1800). The website informed me that my goods would be delivered today between 14:00 and 18:00. My order arrived some time between 16:30 and 17:00. I was never informed when my order was on its way. The driver pulled up and hooted, disturbing my neighbors and threatened to drive off. When my husband asked him why he hooted and did not message me, the driver rudely said he was waiting a long time for me. That was a blatant lie. I saw the delivery drive past my place of residence, hooting before they even stopped! When my husband questioned him why he didn't message or phone to let me know they are outside, the driver got aggravated and physically assaulted my husband. They then proceeded to THROW my groceries on the floor! THROW! Like I'm some ****ng dog and didn't just spend a lot of money on FOOD! They broke the bag of rice, eggs, my jar of mayonnaise and damaged all my groceries. They threatened that they will come back for my husband and that he must remember their faces. They physically assaulted him and threatened more violence and left me feeling very scared. The driver even tried to cover his actions by phoning his manager and lying, saying that my husband was rude to him. They were the aggressors. And they left me feeling violated and scared.

One should not have to fight to get money owed to you back! I ordered groceries on asap, they cancelled the order, not me but took the money immediately and now I have to fight for my money back; bad situation.

@picknpayasap your systems are broken. Your processes are broken and your people are broken. Where is your CX? You mess up 2 of my orders requiring refunds which you decide to put in a wallet and not refund me. I have to do all the work to process the refund and 2 weeks later you are still sitting with R900 of my money in your bank account earning interest? How unethical is that? Your eft link doesn't work. Broken commitments from your staff. I really don't know what to do next? All I do know is you will never complete *******@checkers Sixty 60 and you have lost me as a customer and anyone else who will listen to me.
Would someone sort rhis out.

WORST ONLINE STORE EVER

Placed an order on 25, not delivered by 27 someone phone me to ask if I have received order, I said no and to cancel as I needed the stuff and cannot afford to buy again. Asked on monday on the support email address how do I get my money back, no reply, asked again no reply asked for a third time and no reply. The most useless online store, no customer service at all. I will never use this shop again I will rather go to CHECKERS 60 MINUTES.

Unauthorised debit of account

Pick n Pay client service is pathetic.Place an order o the 24th November (online).Monies debited from my account.
The next day, monies are credited...and am notified that due to no stock, my order has been cancelled
After 1am on the 27th, monies are debited from my account.I have no online orders with this pathetic company
Calling their client service on Sunday was useless.Sent an email today before 9am, 29th November re the debit...no response whatsoever

So basically, pnp has my money...and I have nothing ordered from them
And their staff have a "$#*! you" attitude to me trying to get nearly R1,500 back

Worst service

I ordered a air fryer on the app. Nothing was mentioned about out of stock until the delivery guy stopped at my house with a delivery for which i paid 55 rand with no item because it is out of stock. No i have credit with pick a pay but i want them to refund the money back because i wanted to buy another air fryer on black friday no i wont be able to. You guys should really update the app so that it shows ouy of stock before customers make a payment. And then you guys also deduct the delivery fee and tip fee of the amount you own me how does that work. No air fryer, a delivery without any product and no refund so that i can order a air fryer somewhere else.

False advertising

Purchased 4 half lamb packs, to my surprise when I got home, seems non of these lambs had back legs, necks and shanks. I reported this but to no avail. 3 people from PnP called but all with the same sorded story. Seems I was lying about my experience.
PnP brand is being driven to the ground by a bunch of incompetent people. Crescent Umhlanga chronic bad at servicing there customers.

I placed an order with PnP ASAP last Sunday. The goods were not delivered on Sunday, and instead arrived mid-morning on Monday. None of the perishables had been refrigerated overnight. The milk bottles were blown up, the fish was warm and crumbling, lettuce was wilted, etc. I emailed PnP - no response days later. I also called them on the day and they were quick to send someone round to collect the perished goods. And after that I heard nothing. When I called today, I was told R300 would be refunded. They have no record of the returned food, which their own driver collected from me. I returned about R600 (ex VAT) of goods. I've spent about R100 on phone calls to them. The call centre people sound helpful, but still nothing has been done.

PICK N PAY ASAP - USELESS

Pick n pay Asap is literally the worst grocery delivery app. If the app it's self isn't glitching and not alerting a delivery time or allowing substitutions, then it's the struggle to get the store to deliver. I've had to go and PICK UP MY OWN order as your refunds take 3-10days. What nonsense is that? When you write an email, the replies are so slow. They deliver and don't even contact you to arrange a delivery time. I got a call from a driver saying she's outside. I'm so disappointed. This has happened twice. Can't even EFT my own money into my account because that also doesn't work. I truly regret using this app

I went to trade route for juice special that goes for 47 for 3 from yesterday in the morning they were not there even today i think the staff has hidden for themselves and when we ask for rain check they have written that no rain check for items on promotion im not happy

The service is absolutely atrocious. Staff at the bakery will totally disregard and ignore you.
For the third time purchasing their food, I am absolutely disgusted. Either the food is off, under cooked and today's avocado in their subs is hard and not ripe. They should either get new management or completely shut down. This is unacceptable.

I placed an order on PnP ASAP yesterday at 15:52 and at 17:48 it showed delivered, but nothing was delivered.
No one phoned me to get an access code into the estate, so there's no way that they can say that they did deliver.
Furthermore, I couldn't reach customer services because they were already closed, so I sent an email which have still not been responded to.
Then I phoned this morning, can't tell me where my order is, said they would log the call and get back to me and still, nothing.
The app is also useless, gives you no info and there is nowhere where you can report a problem with your delivery.
