I shop at Pick a Pay Knysna Rd in George. Several problems, not just now…. Never sorted out. Staff ignore you, and if they decide to listen to your request it is with an attitude. You must check expire dates. Row of tills, max 2 open to help queues of shoppers. The packers at the till puts fresh bakery items at the bottom of bag and tinned food on top, so you throw it out at home. When you need staff to ask for help, they sit on empty crates and socialise in the isles. I have been shopping at Pick n Pay for more than 20 years. I am now shopping at Woolworths. Just a more positive shopping experience.
I came to Pick 'n Pay to get a few things, I'm 8 months pregnant, I asked the ladies at kiosk if I could pay there because the Que was very long n I couldn't stand for too long, they refused n said I should stand in the que like all the other people. Now this is very disappointing, there's no regard for pregnant women
They sold a very defective kettle in Cornubia mall and when I returned their product, there was no sense of acknowledgement or apology, they acted as if its a normal thing, not even their female supervisor was able to pretend at-least and apologise. This is the 2nd time pick n pay has let me down and its quite pathetic
Pick 'nPay Jackal Creek will never be the same after the passing on of Jacque. I used to call and ask him to keep bonny meat for me...which he would but now the bones are scrapped white with no meat on them at all. What a disappointment! Will never go there ever again after today.
The chicken Braai pack and Rotisserie chicken from Pick n Pay (Tshwane Mall) are completely disgusting and health hazardous, they don't care when exactly they package their meat, it's beyond stale and honestly I suggest they get new staff or managers who actually care about customers because they're destroying their own company name 0/100 rating from me.
So i placed an order for my girlfriend today, who was in excruciating pain.
First order was accepted, I later noticed that the most crucial item was marked sold out after I had paid and had the order delivered.
So I made a second order to the same Blackheath Pick n Pay, not only did she wait hours for the delivery but each and every single item was wrong. None of the goods I ordered was there.
How hard can it be to read an order and pick the correct items on the shelf in your shop. I will never shop at a pick n pay ever again and will make sure I broadcast the atrocious service and bull $#*! experience you offer.
The cherry on the cupcake was the call made to the customer center who told me to write an email for a refund. Well, here's your "email"
And keep that money with your goods.

I have done an online order, which was an absolute disaster. After i have received my order times 3, i requested my refund. I was promised a refund within 7 days. It has been more than 3weeks later, and no response from Pick and Pay. What do we need to do to get feedback?
Order placing made very easy. They kept me fully updated on the progress and it was seamless. Well done, and the delivery man was very friendly and helpful
I'm so annoyed! Very bad customer service, I've places an order 2 hours ago I'm still waiting even now. Can't even cancel the order cause I'll have to wait 10 working days for my money. Never again! Sixty60 is much better than this nonsense
They don't deliver your purchase nor give you a refund like 60/60 does and force you to purchase from their $#*! app again. My money is my money and they try to force me to purchase their $#*!ing products again! That is bull$#*!!
I just filled up my car for R1300. I got R 5,70 in value. How disgusting is that? Can someone please explain this?
A month later and after numerous calls, still haven't received my refund. Will not recommend this service to anyone.
First time in years I'm experiencing this! The driver called and said he cant find my address his returning my good to the store as they only paying him for a certain mileage, he marked the order as delivered I have paid and not received my goods, called the customer help desk said they will reschedule my delivery... my first call was at 10:02, nothing tried calling again 12:32 still nothing tried again 14:17 still nothing asked for a refund they didn't refund me or brought me my goods!
I am convinced that pick n pay uses the online platforms such as asap and MrD to get rid of old stale and rotting products. They give us rotten eggs and remove BB stamps, rotten smelling meat and vegetables which no one would choose in store.
I have been waiting for my order for than 72 hours. I have called multiple times. I ended up asking for refund on the app. Nothing still.
I am so extremely disgusted and dissapointed with pick n pay delivery service. For now I will say they robbed me. On Saturday I ordered a few things and when it arrived the bag was broken and an item was missing. I called and emailed over and over again, each time I was told the matter been escalated and each time told it would be delivered that day. Nothing. I have heard nothing. I have made one last attempt to email but I refuse to spend anymore airtime on trying to communicate with people who do absolutely nothing. It is wrong and unacceptable. Shame on you.
I bought clothing online at PicknPay clothing online, my credit card was charged twice, and now, a month later, still no refund. No help whatsoever via email, Whatsapp or telephone. Absolutely pathetic. Won't be recommending any time soon!
Purchased something, waited hours and then delivery was moved to the next day. I canceled n got refunded into the wallet on the app. From there i had to eft it to my bank account, i did that on 08/03. I am still waiting for the money to reflect in my bank account. I call them every day and all i hear is that they have a backlog and that they apologize for the inconvenience. Will never use them again EVER
This Cashier (NATHAPELO) at the New Redruth branch, is so rude and disrespectful. I kindly asked a question, and she was very rude and disrespectful and even raised her voice. Be careful if she rings you up. She convinced me never to go to the New Redruth PnP again!

Answer: Pick n Pay online has helped me feed myself when I was sick and it has also helped my elderly mother. I am able to shop remotely
