I received a very bad service I ordered 2× Johnson baby jelly but got 2X Johnson baby sops on the 25 of October, I've called several times even spoke to a supervisor, sent emails still haven't got my refund.
Work on your long delivery time if you want to take 1 hour to deliver something my delivery fee should be less, I want my money back in my bank card not your stupid add wallet
Placed my order Sunday at 15H15. Got delivery time changed 3 times and the fourth time for Monday.
No customer service over weekend only during week working hours. You cannot cancel the order on app and when I cancelled the order this morning Monday I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund. First time and last time I use ASAP. Sixty Sixty Checkers is amazing. Order no UID*******
When it come to this app you will struggle bad to get a refund. I'm so disappointed. Still waiting to get my R600+ back after the payment bounced but was processed by them.
I am highly frustrated with the PNP ASAP app, firstly they send me a promo cod BACKAGAIN50, I use it, the app accepts the code, then I had R79.99 in my wallet, the app took that asa form of payment, so I was directed to pay for the balance of my order, I accepted the balance due to be deducted from my credit card, next thing a message pops up, your order has been cancelled, I did not cancel it, my funds in my wallet is gone, the code cannot be used again and the items remain in my shopping cart, this is pathetic because I have sent emails and not one response, to add injury to the wound, when registering my credit card on the app, it deducted R1.00 from my FNB card twice and R1.00 3x from my Woolies credit card, do I pd R5 before my card details were accepted, a money making scheme, we don't have these issues with checkers or Woolies

Numerous non call backs where I as the customer had to keep on phoning in to the call center. There was clearly a run around the mill with agents clearly not knowing their job and failing to resolve my issue on hand.
Problem eventually handed over to head of advertising in Cape Town (Name withheld for now) at the end of June.
To date (Almost 4 months later) after receiving a call from Cape Town and numerous follow up calls and messages from myself, there still has been no response or action from themselves to resolve the issue on hand.
It is sad that in general customer service has almost become extinct. W. r. T Pick 'n Pay this is totally unacceptable service and I suggest that training be given starting from management to the packer at store level to understand the value of customers and not take us for granted.
I do not want Free stock! All I want is to buy and pay for the stock that was advertised.
This app is extremely disgusting and got no sense of urgency. I ordered 13h00 but I didn't get my order until the following day 11h00. Some items were missing I didn't get my refund even. My advice to you is do not order from pick n pay asap at all. They don't even care to call back when your airtime has run out. So frustrated and disgusted.
The new versions of different classes that PNP determines we fall into, is by no means appreciated by the very core of the people who have raised PNP to the position they currently have. So, like most other regular PNP customers, I shall happily trod off to the Woolies store, which does not determine my value by their attitudes...
A die hard PNP fan for so many years... take the Quali Save version and do you know what with it...

Theres a arrogant staff member there that thinks she owns Pick n Pay who dangles food in front of underprivilege children and elderly, then ignores them, but she speaks for Pick N Pay so what does it say about this Feed the Nation, where they have their customers donating to NO CAUSE, CAUSE THEY DONT FEED THE NATION, THEY DISCRIMINATE. AND SHARON GERBER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPANY NOT GOING FORWARD IN RIGHT WAY.
Placed order on 30 July 2022. Arrived without item of 69.99. Refund was promised but after several emails and calls, no response. Claims not to refund to Tymebank yet accepted payment via Tymebank.
Will never use them again. Blatant thieves.
Pity there is no 1/2 star. Bought Salami from Pick n pay in Howard center in Pinelands. Thick slices with the plastic still on. I called the manager. No such thing there. Only the deli manager? He argued at first, then went to look (I asked him to) and confirmed. Jip. Plastic on the salami. How do you recall all the food you sent with your family. He told me to find my slip and come back? Lol. Same shop, bought three packs of cut soup veg. Barley and lentil. Made a big pot of soup just to find that it is completely full of sand. The food is not safe. I called and called and called to warn them. They let me hold the line for 9 minutes, then 12 minutes, then just hung up... they really care you see... The food is not safe. Stay away
I had really bad experience with Southdale Pick n pay, I bought food using my own money but every time I'm having rotten food, first I bought fish fingers they were off when I try sending back the cashier and supervisor where so rude to me last week I bought vianna from the very same shop after 4 days I couldn't eat them because they where rotten, I might as well change shop because I'm miss using my money and I'm getting bad thing from Southdale I so wish they can check their food for the good of the customer because this is bad service.
I placed an order on the 28th of July and 3 days later there was no delivery at all. I asked for my refund and uninstalled their application.

Cashiers working at that picknpay I believe that they didn't go for customer service training they don't greet customers they always have sad and ugly faces. Everytime when we asked for cash backs they don't have money I hate that picknpay it really irritates me please management of picknpay do something about that shop.
We used the Online store, for our companies monthly kitchen supplies. We collected it at the Paarden Eiland pick up point. We were charged in full but were 3x 6pck of milk short. The kettle is also not working correctly. I have emailed multiple times, called multiple times, a man called Cams from Online customer care was so rude. Its now been a week and still no call, no reply to my emails. How is PNP online still doing business?
Been a while that I wanted to thank P&P for excellent and friendly service and great house brand products. The past week, I've purchased some rusks and different soup packets from P&P brand. Taste home-made and quality is great! I've dumped Checkers for good and only buy from P&P. I am overall very happy.
They deliverd the food at the naghbour and we only found it after 28hours... after being told to ask for a specific person... the frozer chicken was defrosted and everyghing was full of blood! And yes i also order toilet paper... And after my mother tried to save what she can she let me know that the sweet patato was rotten and the apples was very very old and full of marks...
What is she supposed to do with defrosted worm chicken after 28 hours aniway...
I am not in the same city as my mother, so i tried this app to get her some groseries... will never make that mistake again

I was at the Westgate Pick and Pay store yesterday and I misplaced by credit card. As i was leaving the store I decided to inform one of the staff members of my plight. I certainly did not expect any results but nevertheless I left my contact details to an ever willing Precious Bonseng.

My order was delivered short by Pick 'n Pay ASAP on 6th April '22 - Its now June...: x2 Butro 500g; x1 Tussers Cheese 800 g and Hot cross buns - missing from my delivery - although I was charged.
After literally 10 phone calls; 7 emails - I still don't have a refund.
What an absolute disgrace - by the way Pick 'n Pay we call this in layman's terms blatant THEFT!

PnP Cresta advertised (with smartshopper) R22 for PNP milk on the shelves (and on website). I paid R28.99 for the milk and was told that the special only starts at 14:00 because someone made a mistake on the system... should be easy enough to log into the system and fix it, but it is easier ripping the customers off with R7. Then had to wait for a payment machine as they were offline, and the ladies walk back and forth with the card machine avoiding eye contact in case they have to assist. Then finally someone comes to assist and she manually types in the amount we owed, but does not want to show me the amount that was typed in and insists on handling the card herself to tap... seriously time to shop somewhere else.
Answer: Pick n Pay online has helped me feed myself when I was sick and it has also helped my elderly mother. I am able to shop remotely
