I've been ordering from this company since 2017 and they are amazing especially the customer service.
This service is very Reliable and dependable, and I would recommend every and anybody
I've used Perpay a lot now. It's super easy and convenient, but there is a massive price increase on items purchased. This is essentially the loan interest worked into the cost rather than the payments. Some things are almost twice the cost of buying them in full through a regular store. But if you'd prefer to pay a little bit over time and are okay with the costs, it's well worth it.
I love Perpay without them I would not be able to have so many great high ticket items. The ease of payment is exceptional. This is my favorite service. Has also helped increase my credit score.
You should try perpay it's just like layaway except they take it out of your paycheck every time you get paid so you don't have to worry about having enough money to pay that bill.
I had accidentally purchased an item and their team helped me to get the issued resolved. I was very happy.
I brought this computer in January and it's now march so basically it's been 2months and I still haven't gotten my computer yet. This app is a scam do not fall for this. At first the computer was movie but then once it got to nj it stayed there

I bought a projector that when I got it was not as described on their website. Meaning it said it could do 150 inches and the best projector can do is 60. The fan is so loud that you can't hear the audio. I wrote a request to return it, and they told me that that was the quality of the unit and they would not take it back. I countered that that was not the case that there was something wrong with it because of how loud it was and how it would not focus at any distance past 60 inches and they wouldn't respond back to my response to them This is $129 projector that is sitting here doing nothing because it's useless. At this point I will never buy from them again.

I have have placed 2 orders so far. I am mindful to go in when the last payment will be due and remove the direct deposit option so they won't receive any more direct deposits after the last payment. I didn't have any problem with first order products were good and and still working. A air fryer, baby carrier & a laptop. I no longer have the laptop so I don't know how it's working. I recently ordered a 65 inch tv and some beats headphones for my daughter. The headphones after a month won't charge past 20% The tv after a week keeps cutting off losing connection. & screen getting distorted. Keep having to unplug to reset. I would just say don't purchase any high end electronics from them. For sure

I ordered very small things a couple of times just to try it out but I no longer shop with them because everything is over priced. I just use the credit card now for building credit.

I ordered a pixel 6a from perpay 3 months ago and the phone stopped working friday night 2/16/24 I am so upset i never had this problem unfortunately there's nothing prepay can do about it 😞 and google isn't much help they want to charge me to repair it when it's a manufacture error 😢

I had to do a bunch of work to get my account back up and running once it became inactive. I was super excited because they had the Samsung s23 and it was in my price range. So I messaged them everyday trying to get my account fixed since they never cancelled my first account so when I made the second one an error happened that had to be fixed. That's not what I'm upset about thou. I have put in multiple orders they are all denied. Come to find out I owe a 900$ balance from an order they approved that I never received because my work had no way to do the direct deposit. So I cancelled my first order. Well turns out I owe 840$ but I never got anything from them and didn't even set the direct deposit up cause my work said no they can't do it. My new job can that's why I tried again... But now I'm just bummed out cause they are denying me and saying I owe a crap load of money. They are crazy if they think I am paying for that original cancelled order that I never even got because I was unable to complete the order and set up the direct deposit.
Bummed out and don't know how they think it's ok to do this to people.

Used Perpay in the past never had any issues my recent order my 70 inch tv took eternity to get delivered. Not at all Perpays fault but I was continuously told that it would delivered the next day order was placed on the 12/28. I didn't receive my tv till 1/31. I unboxed the tv today because I haven't been home since it was delivered no visible cracks tv seems pristine when I turn it on tv is completely damaged. I waited over a month for this tv and I finally get it and it's broken. 😡

I placed an order and cancel the order but they are still taking the money from my check every two weeks. When I hit the withdraw money to get my money back they asked for my bank information they made a deposit to verify my account and then took the deposit back. My bank account was verified but now they saying they having a problem with the bank and sending my money back. Why are you taking money if the order is CANCELLED! I NEED MY MONEY NOW! SCAMMERS

I bought 2 Apple pens and a iPad case. Come to find out there where not compatible. Never open never used. I still was charged not only the shipping free plus 10 dollars plus a 10% restocking fee. Horrible to rip people of knowing they already don't have the money or they wouldn't be paying double to get the things. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a samsung tv and two additional cameras for my blink. Perpay sent the incorrect address to bestbuy who shipped my package to a denver colorado address. I contacted perpay and they are not responding. Last time i spoke to someone they told me i need to get a policy report. I went to the prescint and they told me i can not file a police report b/c the company is in the wrong and should fulfill the order. I am yet to hear from perpay. When you call them they dont answer and the customer support at *******@perpay.com is the worst.

Was approved for a perpay card and never received it. They claim they sent out two never received neither card.

Ordered my son a PS5 for Christmas. Of course I did not open it before Christmas. He opened it Christmas day; it will not read and download the discs. We were advised to return it since it had such a major flaw right out of the box. There is no customer service phone number. All I can do is complete an application to return the unusable product. Someone named Leo emailed me to say my application to return the item was under review. I have no place to return this item Does anyone have a return address? I don't care about free shipping. I need to return this so I am not charged for a PS5 that doesn't work.

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
