Ive had all great experiences except when i changed my address and they still sent my things to the weong address is still charging me for it, i cant get in touch with anyone i filled out a form weeks ago heard absolutely nothing back but my uggs are just gone.

I've purchased a few items and everything was perfect and correct they don't overcharge like some places and as well increase your spending limits

Love being able to buy big ticket items and not worry about spending the full amount right then and there!

Alright before I write this I am human not a bot. I love using Perpay when I can't afford something off rip. It's great and easy to setup and use.

I ĥad a couple issues with the nintendo switch where it couldn't be replace but gave full refund. I had a issue where my son's ps5 hdmi stopped working sent it sony and they didn't fix it or replace it because sony lied about it have stickey stuff in it. But overall perpay is awesome other items I have brought from there like tvs are working perfectly

My experience was very easy I just clicked on my app type what I was looking for put it in my shopping cart updated my checking account information and voila I received my items within a few days of ordering them

Everything was good for about 6 months. I have a credit card and they report to the Credit bureau. Just recently I ordered AirPod pro on 4/20 it is now 5/2 and I have yet to receive item or even receive a timeframe for the order. I have spoken with chat support 4 different times and nothing has been resolved. I keep getting they will contact Distributing partner. They have taken money for the item but yet no answers. The support team must do better! This is a great app that can do some good for people but the downfall can be the customer service. Another company will come along and be better at it. I was a happy customer until this happened!

Prepay is the best buy now pay later company out there! It's easy, and quick. Top of the line products at decent prices. They even help build your credit as long as you pay as agreed. If you have any apprehension about using them, just try it and I promise you won't regret it! Perfect for Christmas shopping!

I've had a great experience with Perpay, with a few exceptions. It's incredibly tedious to return items or get a human to talk with. Doesn't seem ver personal. Products are great though

Perpay has allowed me to buy things I never thought I could buy things cost a lot now a days and Perpay allows me to buy pretty much anything I can or want I love Perpay and will continue to use Perpay

I have been a customer of Perpay for 3 years now! They really do make it possible to afford big ticket items if you don't have or want to pay the full price upfront. They do charge a little more for their items but in all reality, the little bit extra they charge is still cheaper than the interest rate on my credit cards! I use them every Christmas for my 4 kids gifts and none of us have been dissatisfied so far! The best part is, is that you don't have to have impeccable credit to get approved, Just a source of verifiable income and your good to go! Thank you Perpay for making my kids and now granddaughter's Christmases extra special 👐👐

First let me say they've never let me down before. But this just felt ridiculous, I ordered the computer and I received it, when I ordered it, it didn't have any specifications on graphics, the graphics were completely horrible. Worst I've seen since 2013 a few days later when I had time, I figured I'd submit a refund request within minutes of placing the request it got automatically denied Due to it being out of the packaging. I'll be paying off the rest of what I owe and not using this app again unfortunately.
