I normally would give you all a 10 if possible BUT I and giving you a very low grade because I have an account with you and my account is being paid down faithfully from $2600 to $400, my sister whom used my address for a short time but she is now in default on her account you all are holding me accountable for her actions so now I'm unable to order anything until she is caught up on HER account. That's not fair to me at all
The payroll deductions make it super easy to not only build credit, but have a backup credit card for emergencies.
I enjoy the service and the merchandise but I don't like the fact that when it's time to reorder that the orders are getting declined or they're not getting approved and they say they're going to send you an email and an email number comes so it's very unprofessional to have the client waiting to find out why their account was not approved
Perpay has really helped me with rebuilding credit. I love how they're able to take my monthly credit card payments out via direct deposit, I don't even have to think about it.

You have to make a minimum payment of 100 instead of you choosing what to pay they pay it for you no matter what the circumstances are

I opened a secured card with perpay and set up my direct deposit and had money taken out twice. Which is fine except I never received my card. First card was set to arrive by 4/14. Never came. I submitted a ticket and put in for another card and still nothing. I'm writing this on 5/8 with no idea if I'm ever going to get a card. Now all I have I a statement showing how much money I paid into this card I do not have access to and that isn't reporting the balance. Wish I never joined.

I'm so upset I was a faithful perpay user for awhile never any issues until I recived fulty equipment and had issues with multiple orders not being sent and still having to pay on them I now have over $1000 going against me on my credit because I can't return an item now? That came destroyed. Absolutely terrible customer service

Using the Per Pay card has changed my shopping experience. Allows me to purchase things from anywhere and also gives me the option of making several payment instead. As long as it is used sparingly it also helps build credit by adding an additional payment history..
I think the perpay credit card is a great concept. I just wish there was a way to request a credit increase.
My wife and I found them very convient until COVID hit and we had to file bankruptcy. I did not want this company included because until that point there had been a slight glitch nothing major. We had the case dismissed and went right back to paying and when my wife went to order they had the order pending with no communication at all. When a reply was finally given we were told that our limit was dropped so we could not order anything. I said that was fine and 2 could play that game. I dropped the payment coming out of my check to $1 and that is all they will ever get. Be very careful when doing business with these we people

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.
