I recently ordered a few items for a gift for Mother's Day, and those items was delayed till after Mother's Day, and when I received the items I didn't receive everything that I ordered. Still waiting on a response on what's going on with my recent order.

Happy to find an app that allows me to have almost everything in life by making payments over time. Also the app provides multiple ways to build your credit with the Perpay Credit Card.
I understand that the company needs to make money but why would I want to pay hundreds of dollars over retail for let's say a PS5 or Xbox when I can easily get them for MSRP or less at another retailer?
Perpay is very easy to use and is a great service but they need to lower their overall prices

While there is a small convenience factor, we do not charge interest on purchases and ship the order after one payment!

I have only been a customer since November of 2023, but, so far the experience has been good. Only one minor hiccup when a product was no longer in stock but y'all were able to get a comparable replacement. I also appreciate the Perpay credit card to rebuild my credit. I like the fact that the payments come directly to you from my paycheck so I don't have to worry about missing payments.
Shopping was great! Lots of nice products and brands to choose from. Was qualified for a credit card, and that's when everything went down hill.

They keep giving me notices I owe when I do not. I paid them off and they closed my card a while back. Now they keep sending me notices I owe more. I don't even have the card anymore. No one responds back. The bed frame I bought already split. The dresser broke some. All with regular use. Nothing extra. I tried to get items they said they have. Sent me the wrong thing. I'd just be careful with them.

When I received my card, it came at the perfect time because I was in the process of moving and had used all of my funds. Then I remembered I had the card and used it for groceries and other items I needed in my new home.
I like the all the companies that use perpay. Plus with a minimal direct deposit you get a credit card. A++++++++++++
Overall great way to get the items you are looking for when you can't buy them outright. No hassle with payments but on the bigger items lead times are high and so is shipping.

We charge shipping for each item from our site, as items are often shipped from different locations. In exchange, our customers have the ability to shop for a wide range of items in our marketplace, while paying over time and building credit.
Right off the bat I was given $600 credit limit to shop. Then after I made my first purchase I was offered a $500 credit card I could use anywhere. Pretty amazing. Prices are rather high but payments are pretty cheap.

Ive enjoyed my experience so far! Everything I've read is pretty clear and consistent. I like the idea of paying through direct deposit as oppose to manual payments. It's helped made me more responsible!
Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
Answer: I don’t think my answer would help you now, if you do not have access to your payroll software then tell them account numbers you wish to add and how much to deduct and keep track because you decide whether you are paying for 8,16, or 20 weeks and depending on which the amount of is higher if paying in 8 or much less if paying off in 20.
Answer: The truth is, when I had an issue, I wished there was customer service number but, you have to send email and they will respond till your problem is resolved, but that is how they keep the cost down no additional fees, no interest. They respond usually quickly.
Answer: Yup! I use it pretty often. I have terrible credit and it helps me get things. Not to mention after using them for a while they also gave me a credit card with a $500 limit!
Answer: I guess on the software for individual payroll company used, mine spli my check in muliple account example 30% to one account then account Perpay amount say it’s 25 dollars weekly for however many weeks and balance of my check to another account.

Only you are authorized to make adjustments to your direct deposit information in your payroll. We are not directly affiliated with your employer. Instead, your payroll sends your direct deposit payment on your pay day to your unique Perpay payment account. We are unable to adjust payments for you, which is why we provide payment instructions on your Perpay profile.
