The second time ordering and Fedex delivered my item to wrong address. I'm still paying on so that was upsetting on 6/2/2024.

I have absolutely love dealing with Perpay! They have provide me a way to be able to get things that I want and need without the stress and headache of trying to empty my own pocket. They have been perfect to deal with.

Perpay is great if you need to make a payment plan to acquire items you would like to have and or need. Payments come out of your check every week so there is no need to worry about keeping up with an extra bill. Also you have a chance to gain ownership of a credit card them also. And they also report to the major credit bureaus on your behalf for both the card and all your purchases at perpy

I was told what i ordered was out of stock after they already got my direct deposit and was only offered either something else on the site that was cheaper or store credit and then was ghosted by customer service when i asked for something $100 more and offered to just pay the difference up front.

I didn't even receive the largest most expensive item I been waiting for. I got a bottle. And no tracking info or anything on where my item could be. So I am frustrated and confused

The whole process was super easy, the credit line is generous, and the products are abundant and top shelf quality.

It seems affordable but if you order anything off marketplace then there's double the charge despite it not showing on the receipt.

Absolutely the easiest online purchase return I've ever experienced. I was worried because I was in the hospital with heart issues and was outside of the window in the return policy, I didn't even have to tell them I was in the hospital. I wish al companies were this easy to deal with.

I think that you guys should be more transparent about the customer having to change the amount paid to you after cancellation. If I do not make changes to my payroll then the money will still be taken out of my check. You let us know up front.

Always have what is wanted or needed or contact you letting you know item is out of stock and gives you the option of adding another item of equal value.

Last test for about 4 months I was doing chemo and out of work so I couldn't pay on my account. Soon as I went back to work I paid it off, was granted a credit card but they won't allow me to use my $1500 credit limit. I have been a long time customer and had hard times.
