My order was missing an item and contained a damaged item. Company refuses to take responsibility. The damaged item, Demeter Pistachio Ice Cream has a well documented problem with their sprayer. This is exactly my problem. Company should have been aware of this since their primary product is perfume. Yet, they are giving me instructions on how to depress a perfume atomizer which of course is not working since this is as I said a well documented problem. In addition they are trying to tell me that they count every item 3 times before printing shipping label, therefore I am either lying or the shipping company, in this case USPS, opened the box, took the item that only cost $4, stole it and resealed the box. Only problem is the box, their box, is a pull tab and gets destroyed upon opening. There is no way to tape it back up as it is in pieces. I have documentation for both of my claims. All I see from them is no accountability, accusations of being a liar and saying the shipper stole it which is impossible considering the type of box they shipped it in. In addition, they go by two business names, Fragrance.net as well as Perfume.com. They deny this but a quick google search will show the same address as contact for both companies.
