So easy to find perfumes I know and like and also find new ones that I now love!
I ordered a bottle of Obsession and was sent the wrong kind of perfume. I was very angry that I couldn't find my order/receipt, to send the item back or have you send me the right one. I called your 800 number as was on the phone for over a half an hour to get someone to help me and was hold the whole time. NOT getting to speak with a person about my matter.
I purchased 2 bottles of Shi which was delivered 12-16. One bottle was leaking through the SEALED box. The other was fine. THESE WERE TO BE CHRISTMAS GIFTS! I have been thrown and pitched around by your so-called "customer service" for damned near 2 weeks! They do NOT listen to me, answer my questions or act in a responsible manner. Every time I gave them what I thought they wanted, they wanted something more! I'm done! Keep my money, I will take to Social Media to warn others of the horrible way I was treated as a return customer! You have all of the info requested below!
