I ordered a Glass Trinity Angel Memorial Cremains Jewelry, with engraving. The item is gorgeous and the engraving well done. It arrived in a very timely manner, boxed with very nice packaging and bag - everything was more than I anticipated.

I got two nice brass plates from Perfect Memorials, but one was badly cut, in that the corners were not symmetrical. When I sent them a photo, they fixed it and sent a replacement overnight. Very, very good customer service, and gives me confidence to order there again.
