The urn I ordered is beautiful and came so fast. The first one I ordered I realized that it was not big enough for my husband and myself. I had ordered on Sunday and called on Monday when I realized I didn't get a big enough one. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was lucky for me that I was able to cancel and reorder as I had it engraved.

Everything came out perfectly! Everyone said my mother's urn was just her style. It was very beautiful and ornate. It turned out to be gorgeous. My mom would have been thrilled with the purchase. (Looking back, they had a keepsake smaller replica. I should have purchased it.)
Customer service was to notch as well. They were very caring and compassionate. They answered my millions of questions.
The only issue I had was the delivery, but that was not Perfect Memorial's problem. Our postal service does not know how to read an address. Fortunately, I received it.

My family and I just recently lost our beloved Dog after 15 wonderful years and I wasn't happy with the urn the Vet provided for us when we received our Dog back. I went online and randomly searching I received a suggestion for the beautiful Large walnut heart urn and I fell in love with it. I'm very skeptical with online shopping on sites but I kept going back and forth on it after reading all the reviews. I finally decided to go for it and purchased it and they were even fast on delivery, even doing standard. It was perfect. The detail was wonderful and just looking at it brought some tears to my eyes. I highly suggest this site, they have a very satisfied/forever customer in me. I have sadly had to order several keepsake urns from them and each and every one of them has been beautifully done.

The work was perfectly executed and when the plaque was received bent during shipment, they replaced it free of charge.

The picture frame I ordered is perfect. My stepson died and original urn was buried. I found the Perfect Memorials website this urn gave us the opportunity to keep a little peice of him with his father and I. They were helpful when i had a question and the urn came quickly with a nice little plaque.

My purchase was easily completed online. The pendant I ordered was shipped and received quickly.

We ordered an urn for my father when he passed (in 2019) and when it arrived it had his date of birth as June 23th, 1951. 23th! How this was even allowed to leave there wearhouse is mind boggling. The urn itself is beautiful, but I wouldn't order from them again based on the lack of quality control.

I cannot think of a more beautiful way to honor my mother. From the box to the urn, the quality and care is exceptional. It's so unique, just like mom was. The craftsmanship is delicate but the urn is substantial. Thank you for such an amazing resting place for my mom.

I bought the heart urn necklace, it was the perfect size the engraving on it was perfect, it is going to be cherished for years to come. I need another piece and will definitely be going back to the site for it. I would recommend 100%.

Bought the Urn for my mom who passed away less than a month ago. Didn't like the options at the crematorium so I came home and searched online. I wasn't focused on price but I wasn't looking for a $500 urn. This Urn that I bought is stunning and is beautiful. The cost is less than $100 and yet I feel like it could have sold for more (so glad it doesn't cost more, but still!) the attention to detail is perfect and my dad approves of it as well! So glad I found something that fits my moms personality for a fraction of the cost that I thought it was going to cost.

We found a navy velvet rectangular "inside the urn" bag. We measured, and it fits perfectly in the bottom of the burled Thuya wood box that we ordered from Morocco.
