I had just received my refund and it is missing $61.43! I paid $218.37 for a locket for my grandmothers ashes. I received only $156.94.
This happened after paying for return tracking and insurance that this company makes customers pay out of pocket themselves.
The whole experience with this company continued to get worse by the day.
First they did not have the product that I initially ordered, even though it was still in the online inventory and my transaction had already been approved. It was then after the payment was already processed that they emailed to tell me to order something else.
Once my order was on its way, it was only then that they clocked the fact that you don't deliver to home addresses for some reason. Nobody from this company relayed my new updated information to the delivery company leaving me with days of back and forth with the delivery company to arrange it myself, all while also planning a funeral! When this product finally arrived weeks later, long after its quoted arrival date, it was not at all what was expected or seemed to be by the photos online. Very cheap looking, the necklace looked as though you bought it from a 25 cent gum ball machine. It was thick yet still somehow managed to look unfinished on the back, by being hollow, lacking to be filled in with the gold/metal.
I emailed them back one last time regarding my missing money, and explaining all of the above to them, their quick and easy response was "we don't refund shipping cost". This will not be tolerated after the experience I've already had I thought, so I called them. The woman on the phone ensured that the missing funds was actually just returned to me and depending on my bank, I should see it returned shortly! Now since this was 8 business days ago I can see that this is yet just another lie this company will tell you. For a company that is dealing with a sensitive clientele such as families with the recently deceased you would think that they could afford to be a little more transparent and professional to their customers.
Don't waste your money on these cheap looking products or unethical people that will waste your time and steal your money! They couldn't care less about their customer. I promise, you'll regret it.
Our two labs passed a day apart, perfect memorials were very quick with there order, I am so very please with there urns! My babies went in class! Thank you!
I have ordered from them for several times over the years and they've always been fast in shipping and the jewelry is stunning.
I purchased an extra large urn for my mother and was able to fit her and her twin sister that also passed away in the urn with the divider. They were even willing to recustomize a faceplate for it. I also purchased a engraved dog tag and it turned out awesome. They have great customer service and I would recommend this company to anybody looking for memorial stuff.
Unfortunately I never received the item I ordered.
The tracking number claims the package was delivered on March 6th by USPS.
The mail person must have delivered to the wrong address and who knows what happened after that.
I am very disappointed and sadden I didn't receive the product.
The item I purchased was exactly what I had been looking for to put some of my Mom's ashes in for a specific purpose.

A tiny screw fell off the bracelet shortly after opening it. It was lost. Customer service said they would get back to me about a replacement. Instead, one day later we received a confirmation that a replacement screw was on its way to us. Now that is good customer service.
These aren't "happy" items to shop for, at least the experience can be straightforward and reliable. I'd decided that my dad needed something beyond the standard, plastic cremations bag to hold him within his final vessel. At Perfect Memorials I was able to locate a very nice double layer velvet bag in his memorial color (a certain football teams signature burgundy!) which I was able to easily and reasonably personalize. The price was fair, and it arrived at my door a handful of days later. The information provided on the site assisted me in choosing the right size for our needs, and the product along with its embroidered monogram is nice and attractive; we are pleased to have dad in something much nicer than just a plastic bag!
These are the final gestures you can make for a loved one, based on my experience I definitely recommend them for these important items. I will most likely be returning to Perfect Memorials for my piece of memorial jewelry and I have recommended that my siblings also browse their large selection of cremations jewelry for their pieces.

I recently purchased a custom engraved urn with a specific picture I wanted. They made it work. Emailed me for final approval, worked with me when I forgot some wording. And even called me. Fast service and excellent turn around.
I purchased 3 beautiful urns for my mother and grandmother. They arrived fast, were beautifully and well made, and literally was the most perfect memorial pieces I could have picked for the most important women in my life. I also ordered a cremation necklace for myself and 5 year old daughter. Mine is gorgeous I get compliments on it all the time. My daughters is perfect and dainty and beautifully engraved. I also recommended them to a friend who lost her mother and she was also very happy with her products. This company answers all your questions, they call you quickly with any errors, and they help you even after you receive your items. My yorkie, Tucker, passed away unexpectedly while we were on a trip. I had him cremated so I could bring him home. I ordered the yorkie urn when we got home and I am ever appreciative of this business. It looks just like him! It's a nice heavy structure and very regal looking. It's given me a lot of comfort knowing he's in a beautiful respectful container and I can have him with me.
I ordered an urn pendant and there was a problem with the plate with my uncle's info not being attached. I sent an email immediately when I opened it, sent an email and woke up to a response from Perfect Memorials apologizing and stating that they will send another one. I received in two days (expedited delivery). Awesome Customer service. The quality of the pendant was great! Highly Recommended

I bought an ocean box urn for my fathers ashes, the quality was awesome, true to size, fits perfectly, had a question they were vary prompt with responding and helpful, easy to open and close the screws are snug, the only thing I didn't like is that the only colors for writing are white that I am aware of and the white against the ocean background is hard to read unless your close up. But still beautifully done. Heaven forbid but I will be ordering again. Thank you so much for your service!

I had ordered a small urn for our beloved cat we had for 14 years! I was very emotional when I first ordered the urn and the next morning I realized I misspelled her name. I called and left a message and received a call back immediately and tolled the customer service man "Alex" what had happened and he assured me he would fix it! Thank you for your order and feedback. We are very sorry for all the frustration regarding your order. We contacted you on 2/8 to update your delivery address. Generally, DHL International, the delivery carrier, will not deliver to a PO Box because it is not transferred to Canada Post for final delivery. We updated the shipment with your physical address and your order was shipped from our facility on 2/10. It is unacceptable that the product you ordered was out of stock and for that we do take full fault. It is never our intention to allow orders to go through with out-of-stock products and we have worked with our website team to ensure that this is prevented in the future. On 2/9 we received contact from you about a 10% discount code that would not work when you placed your order and the alternate product you wished to receive. Although the 10% coupon codes from our U. S website do not and are not intended to work on our Canadian website we made an exception to honor this discount. We issued a refund for that 10% on 2/12 for the total of $17.34 CAD. When we received contact from you on 2/23 about returning the product, we sent the return instructions to you. Generally, unless there is a problem with the product like damage the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer per our return policy. When the return was received on 3/19, we issued a refund of $156.94 CAD for the product you purchased. In addition to the initial shipping refund, we do not compensate for the initial shipment cost as this service was completed by the carrier. This is also included within our written return policy. The carrier had a problem delivering your package and per the tracking, notices were included with the tracking on 2/17,2/18 and 2/19. The order was then delivered on 2/23 after the address issue was rectified. However, as you made clear to us, the carrier sent your package in several circles causing delivery delay despite our attempt to update the tracking prior to shipment. This was our error. Due to this, we made an exception on 3/25 to refund you the remaining order balance of $44.09 CAD. As the representative explained, depending on your bank it can take several days for this to clear on your account, but I assure you, all refunds were initiated on our end as promised. With the refunds sent, your order was refunded in full after the said refund was complete on 3/25. We again deeply apologize for the errors and frustration that went into your order. This is not the type of service we strive to offer, and recognition of this poor experience has been explained and our attempt to rectify your concerns has been completed by way of full refund.
