After suddenly losing our precious four legged family member, I wanted to have something to memorialize her life and to always have. Perfect Memorials did not disappoint. The memorial head stone is exactly what I wanted, and I received my product 7 days after I made the order. I was very impressed with this company and their customer service, and I have already recommended them friends and family.

I purchased the large rotating urn that was silver with wood. This urn is a very good quality with polished wood and heavy silver. You are able to put six 4x6 pictures in it and inside it is velvet and cozy looking. The urn rotates very well and it looks beautiful. I would definitely purchase this item again.

My mother ordered an urn for when it's her time. She is in her eighties. She doesn't always remember what she orders and she ordered four additional urns for a total of five. The company never questioned the orders even thought they were all the same urn with the exact same inscription. They charged my mom and shipped all of them.
When my brother started getting all these boxes, he contacted the company and they said in a nutshell. Too bad, tough luck. They are inscribed so you're stuck with them. I cannot believe that Imperfect Memorials is such a large business that they did not notice the duplicate orders, especially when there were so many ordered.
The lack of sympathy and unwillingness to help is unreasonable and unprofessional.
Terrible company morals taking advantage of an 81 year old woman like that.
I'm so glad these products exist and with so many breeds/varieties to choose from. I customized a poodle urn and was able to write the memorial words with all his cute nicknames that I would never want to forget. I also like the gray velvet bag I chose that goes inside, gray to match his beautiful soft paws, so that it is like he is sitting on a soft blanket in his final napping place.
I've Ordered several items from this Company. I've been more than pleased with every purchase. I will definitely order more items in the near future. The Jewelry allows me to carry my Daughter with me every where. You can't put a price on that. I'm so glad this company can make this possible for me and my family and friends.

This Urn was perfect for my mother in law. The color match her personality and put my husband spirit at ease. We have peace knowing that mom is out of her box and into her final resting place. I can nor thank them enough for getting it right the first try.
The weeping angel cremation urn is an absolutely breathtaking piece. I am beyond happy with my order. The website doesn't do it justice. I mean it looks very nice on the website, but it is simply amazing in person. If you are looking for beautiful final resting place for a loved one, the weeping angel is a great option!

Exactly what i was looking for however the quality was very poor for the money that was paid. There are heat marks all over the one piece i purchased and the other purchase, part of the necklace that we ordered was missing it's hoop and we can't wear it. When i contacted customer service, and showed them pictures of what we received and told them that the hoop was missing from the clasp, they denied that they would ever do something like that and refused to believe the pictures I sent. Why would anyone lie about something like that? I told them i wasn't asking for a new necklace, just a hoop for the clasp. Finally after calling and refusing to talk to the same person, they spoke with a supervisor and said "This ONE time only we will replace it for you but don't bother asking for something else after". What kind of customer service does that for something so near and dear and sensitive to one's heart? They don't show compassion or accept that they too can make mistakes.

Thank you for your order and feedback. I was able to locate your mother's four orders in our system that were purchased through Amazon. One order was placed on 11/27 and the other three placed within a 10 minute period on 11/30. Each of the orders were submitted with different engraving and among the three orders, three different urn designs. Unfortunately, due to the sheer volume of orders that come through each day we are unable to guarantee notice of orders made by the same customer. It is not uncommon for people to purchase more than one urn for themselves or someone else as this allows various members of the family to have some of the ashes of their loved one. We are very sorry that these duplicates were not caught and for the frustration that has brought you. We recognize how this situation is not ideal for yourself or your mother however, unfortunately, per our return policy, anything that has been engraved or filled is not returnable. Each of the four urns were engraved, thus, not available for return. However, we made an exception to allow her to return one of the three urns for a full refund.
