Very bad assambly service. Did not work good. Products is good. Delivery service is good. They r very nice person.

Site don't provide proper images…product colors are totally different…and don't even provide returns and replacement…I bought a carpet…and when I asked for return/replacement within 2 days of delivery cos of different color they didn't agree…don't go for Pepperfry…worst site to buy anything…

Never ever go to pepperfry for buying any thing. No small thing big thing just forget. I have never scene such a fake website.
They just say they will return their things but there is no way to return if you don't like the product. Most cheap ghatiya below standard People working here. If anyone has to go to pepperfry you are cheated by cheap people. Worst experience ever in my life. Cheated by fake website. This is so awkward. Govt should work to close this kind of fake websites. Who are just working to keep people hard earned money. I am so dissapointed of their behaviour. They will cut your phone will not listen to you but if you paid to them for something that means forget your money. They can send you any kind of garbage and you have to keep it because they just have a return policy as they say but denied to take anything back. Or give you any bull $#*! reason for not taking it back. This fake website should be closed by govt. They are abiding their own t and c. They are selling garbage. They know it but can't take it back because they are suppose to cheat people.

They are pathetic. Make sure you go to the local market. Surprisingly, local furniture store equals a better collection than indicated on the PF web site in a lower rate.

Pepperfry cost for Rs. ******* but just with in the use of 2 months it started sagging and in the middle it sagged very deep then I complaint to Pepperfry and ask for return but they not returned it they just sent a carpenter who did the temporary repair.
After that again in 8 months it started troubling with same issues this tym when we asked for the replacement or atleast repair they completely denied it and started not responding even the sofa is in warranty period only.

My suggestion is please do not buy any product from pepperfry as in outside the product will look good but the quality and service are pathetic, it will not worth to your money.

Pepperfry Customer service call centre is horrible. My chair was delivered with missing screws and was not installed. I was promised by Gautum than someone come to me within 48 hours with missing screws and installed my chair. Nobody come I call again I ask to talk to Gautam I was informed he has day off. Vikas promised me that he will solve the issue and call me within 3,4 hours he never call. I tried to reach customer service again next day I got automated recording that all customer service agents cant pick up my call because they have Internal event. This is simply disaster once they sell you product you cant reach them. My chair still stands in the box I can't use it.

The order was placed on 1st June with Pepperfry. Wakefit claims manufacturing given on 15th for cot and they do not know end date of delivery and for mattress it is 29th June again claiming they have to manufacture. Pepperfry showed proof of 2-3 days to 2 weeks and estimated date was to be the outset date of 15-17th June 2022. Pepperfry is unable to sort it out and give update. Looks like either pepperfry has no influence on Wakefit and worse than a courier. Pepperfry is unable to take a stand to pull down wakefit items. On other hand another order placed neither at Pepperfry or Wakefit but another vendor, received in 4 days.

This is a cheat and fraud company selling the defect products with high prices and no services provided in warranty period. Without hearing complaints, tickets are closed. Do not buy...!
I have purchased solid wood bed worth 45k, today that price is 65 k on site and within 9 months it makes creeking sound yoy can't sleep, which solid wood bed gets this problem at this price point. Top of that no service provided, ko warranty claim. Company will say it is usage issue, as if product was meant not to use.

Its not even been a year since I bought shoe cabinet from pepperfry and its already broke for fourth time.

Its the first piece which people sees when they come at my home.

Pepper fry is taking no accountability for what the broken piece they have dumped at me.

Pepperfry gives false, wrong n misleading information on their site at the time of purchase and only after your hard earned money is gone n you receive delivery of the faulty half product you will understand u are cheated, then they will keep harassing you with same autogenerated messages that they will need more time to solve your problem. Theres no specific time frame also they will give because they have already got the money so why will they bother if you are suffering. Their motive is to earn profit only let the customer gets harrassed we will not cooperate. They will also delete your complaints from their page of they don't like it after two three days so that others can't see and keep purchasing.
They send storage beds without base and expect you to store on the floor where as on site there's nothing mentioned n pics are with base only no where u can see u need to store on the floor.
This is new way of scamming customers n customer care person Hari will keep sending u same mail that they need more time because in that meantime they will do the same with others
My last complaint I can no longer find on their page so it's very clear what their intentions are

I will warn Everyone to be very careful before buying from them else after spending your hard earned money you will have to again go to consumer court for complaint which is the last thing anyone would want.

The worst site ever exist, don't purchase anything from this site. Very poor after sales service. You will end up with frustration.

Ordered a queen size bed from Pepperfry. Arrived damaged beyond repair. This company doesn't care for its customers at all. They still haven't resolved my issue after 10 days of reaching out to them. Only their studio is fancy

We bought a sofa soft from Pepper fry when we got
It it was defective. We spoke for the replacement they denied and after 1000 of call they finally came and took it for repairing. Its been more then 15 days we are constantly asking for the sofa no scope of getting back. They are not bothered to revert nor give the status of what is happening of it.
No receipt nothing. We have function at home and there is no sofa in the livining area. I would hightly highly recommend not to go for pepperfry.

Horrible brand never ever buy anything from them! Do not buy from them. I am harresed by their customer care and they are a bunch of liars.

We ordered the bed and got it 1 month after the expected date. The legs of the bed are almost broken and there are several holes elsewhere in the bed also.No proper polishing is done and the bed looks very old. Utterly disgusted.

One of worst site.,, pls don't buy anything from here... thy are showing one picture product - and dilivering something else only... I spend my money by trusting app... I am immediately uninstalling the app right now... pls don't buy... our amazon is best... totally different product

I have took the worst decision to order from the pepperfry
Got the damaged product and i am so fed up they are not calling me back or not responding to me.

I bought a chair rs. 8011 in 23rd of may 2021 and it got damage in December2021. I have filed a complain and company sent a boy to visit and he told me that the party of the chair needs to be replaced. But manager sitting in Mumbai just denied to replace the part of chair by saying that this damage is developed by the usage while they have mentioned in this description of the product under Warranty and Installation section that it has 5 years of warranty including One-year manufacturing defect which includes service with FOC material input and rest five years warranty limited to the only service excluding material input.
Pepperfy is selling the poor quality of product as well as providing poor service to the customers.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING *******@pepperfry.com.
