Made a mistake in my address and am unable to get in touch with customer service. No one is calling back. And their chat is essentially a FAQ. Getting in touch with them is tougher than clearing the IAS exam. Will seriously rethink about ordering anything from here in the future.
Have ordered wall lights (order number *******) which were delayed delivery for 5 weeks and finally delivered a broken product.
A request for a refund was initiated and accepted. How ever despite of repeated follow ups, mails, chats and calls the item has never been picked up till date, it has been q month since the request has been raised, except for automatic mails and ivr answers nothing actionable taken up by PepperFry even after 1 month of raising and acceptance of a refund request there to.

Pepperfry is fraud y'all. They charged the amount and later showed the order has been cancelled. On contacting the customer care they blame us that we've canceled the order and they've not received the payment. DO NOT ORDER STUFF FROM HERE

Very pathetic experience from pepperfry.com. I ordered for an item and it got delivered before the promised date. I was very much happy and started to unpack, I realized that the item is wrong. I visited the original manufacturer website and ensured that the item I ordered and the item I received are entirely different. I raised an issue and left a note to pepperfry regarding this, no response for 8 days until I forcefully posted on their facebook, online chats. They called me on 8th day and asking me how I know it is different from the item I ordered. I had already posted images of the received item, but they hardly understand what has happened. Very pathetic that pepperfry is ignoring the customers issues. Make the purchase if you are lucky enough.
Worst after sale service. They deliver the furniture and sleep over the installation service. The furniture can lie in your house for more than a month and they will not bother to support. On top of it you will get a mail for reviewing their products and services! Guts they have!

They are big time FRAUD. I did the BIGGEST MISTAKE of ordering express coffee tray end table from Pepperfry. I received totally BROKEN, DAMAGED, TERRIBLE QUALITY TABLE on 28/10/2021 & till date I have been struggling to return it and get my refund. They answered my call ONLY ONCE since then no response from their side even after calling them n number of times. I have been mailing them, but no response. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Delivery staff keeps giving us various excuses for not turning up! TOTAL NO NO BRAND. ABSOLUTELY FRAUD!

Worst service. Rude delivery team. Customer support never respond. Cancel the order without informing and deduct the cancellation charges which will again have hidden charges. If you don't have a lift they will leave in ground floor and leave even if it rains. Please beware of the fraud site. Quality is very bad
If your booking here you will get the products after eternity the customer care is worse I have booked many furniture at a time and still the products are on the way the given time has already passed. I asked for sale person to look after my furniture and the lady is still replying me. And the main thing there quality if you visit the shop they show you good quality wood and when we receive the furniture with low quality. I know they are selling I'm reasonable rates but is the use for it? The quality is bad the delivery timing is worst like if you want the product in 1 month you will get after 3-4 months. Very bad company. I got a gift from my boss Mr. Vinay Nair. And the product is getting fungus which we daily wipe and coming again and again. Bought a wardrobe (sliding) from here worth INR *******. Very poor quality, slider doesn't work, screws were missing and locker was never installed. The person they had sent to install was unable to install and such a poor quality that while installing itself it got dents and installer was afraid of hitting hammer to fix screws. I requested them to return, but has been more than a month without resolution. Customer suppoer ia worst, reminds of third grade government systems.

I have bought a cot against order number ******* and within 7 months it got broken due to low strength. I tried reaching there customer care and no and no response. After a week they deputed a carpenter but he never attended. Now the company washed there hand and i filed case in consumer court and awaiting. Be very cautious with such kind of fraud online shopping site.

I don't usually put reviews but this time I thought I should aware other people who may fall prey to the phony schemes and scams of this company. The customer care executives are careless, nonchalant goons who will be just eager to close the ticket and will not even listen to your concern they will disconnect the calls. No after sales service. Company is just looting gullible people who are either first time buyers or Gen y, Gen z guys who prefer to buy things online. They call themselves marketplace but they will price other companies products higher and don't provide GST bill on these products of other brands so that you end up buying their own brand products which are substandard. They should change their name to PEPPERCRY and their tagline to Happy mental harassment to you. All the recent reviews on different websites are evidence of falling standards of the company.
