Purchased 4 door wardrobe in july 23. The item is worse than cardboard box by quality. Within a month its drawers are broken. Public pl beware while dealing with this cheaters.
Beware of this site. They mention in every item that easy return. But noo. They do not return even if u receive defective product and they always deliver defective product. All my money is wasted
I had bought a bed last year. During the visit to their studio I had specially asked for best quality wood as I didn't want any termites issues. On their recommendation I bought a Sheesham wood bed. Just for good quality wood I spent a hefty amount.
However, within a year the bed is covered with fungus and mould.
On raising a complaint, they claim is product warranty has expired. In my case, it expired just 10 days before.
Irrespective of warranty, the claim of good quality wood was total nonsense. They use cheap quality wood and sell it claiming best.
This company is literally looting the customers.

I recently ordered a product from Pepperfry which was not delivered to our address, but it has been updated as Delivered. It was supposed to have been delivered on 25th August 2023, but it did not arrive as expected and there was no message or email from the company giving an update as to why it was not. After much chasing and calling Pepperfry about 20 times, we heard that the product was damaged in transit and no commitment on when the new furniture would be delivered. I had immediately asked that the order to be cancelled. The customer care person said it was their fault and that they would cancel the order immediately, but no email or message after they spoke on the phone. After several more calls and messages to Pepperfry, I did not receive any help/response from them.
Later, I got a message from Pepperfry after all this mess saying the product has been delivered, when in fact it HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED and I had actually wanted the order to be cancelled. The Customer care says they cannot track or help only the Studio who took the order is responsible. The Studio says they dont know and only the agent who took the order is responsible. The agent has vanished, not taking my calls and now the studio is saying that she is on leave. If we send an email, no response although they say they will respond within 24 hours. This is Adyar Pepperfry Studio, Chennai, Tamilnadu - apparently there are two managers, but both of them wouldnt answer the calls or take responsibility. The rest of the staff blame one another. Now as a team, they have all vanished.
I ordered a sofa cum bed (Rs.*******) on July 7th and the order has not yet been delivered after 2 months. They keep sending fake emails stating we could not reach you at your number and never actually calls. When I send a response to those emails, no one actually responds back with a delivery date of an intent to refund the amount. I'm now stuck with Rs.******* lost. My parents are old and they can't search for a new sofa and I don't live in that city. It has been a horrible experience! Never buy from these scamstars. I ordered the items from Kolkata Salt Lake Sector 5 store and the store people say, the company is not delivering and they can't do anything! What a pathetic experience buying from the store!

I don't wish to give a single star because return policy in pepperfry is too bad if you don't like it if the product is cheap quality pepperfry won't accept your request they behave to rude to their customer the service is toooo bad if you are buying anything please dont buy this is one of the worst platform they cheat customer too easily I am extremely disappointed with there product and service

Pathetic scenario: The order was confirmed and later on canceled due to a listing issue and still the item is listed. Seems Pepperfry allowed the deep discounts to lure the customers and later on cancel the order as failed to provide the item at discounted prices.
Why you guys selling garbage. All product I purchased 3 months back become garbage. 100% waste of money…this shoe rack I bought just 3 months back and now it's like this. Table was broken with in 2 weeks itself
I purchased a Mexico Coffee Table in Wenge Walnut Colour By Furnitech (Solid Wood) from Pepperfry in Y2020 and its still within 36 months of warranty. After I had highlighted the crack that I could observe recently in my product at the intersection point between leg of the table and side panel of the table (a Screw joining both the spare parts), a technician was sent out for inspection. The technician inspected to confirm that this manufacturing defect and it could be replaced once spare part is delivered by the company but to my surprise I received a call in 2 days time from Pepperfry team to suggest this damage does not qualify as manufacturing defect but a usage defect (normal tear and wear). How can this be a wear and tear issue when a crack is observed at the intersection point! I am extremely disappointment with such a after sales service and would certainly not make any future purchases from such company who cheats customer in the name of usage defect even though the product is well defined within warranty.

The product got delivered in very bad condition and no carpenter response for 2 days. I can't wait for replacement again for another week, so adjusting to the $#*!ty product by paying overprice.
Horrible, unapologetic and unprofessional are the only words to describe the onsite team at the Pepperfry studio on Ring Road (Lajapt Nagar). Ms. Shreya (Store Manager), Mr. Vikram and Mr. Naman absolutely don't know how to behave with customers. Not only they do nothing to fix an issue but will keep arguing on how wrong the client is whilst they stand firm on their ground. The upper management at Pepperfry should seriously send these three for retraining so they don't tarnish the company name and create more unhappy and dissatisfied clients like us!
I bought a bed and mattress, bed is having warranty of 12 months but within a month of use it broke, now customer care people saying it's usages issue and can not help me and another person said since manufacturer is not haing parts so they can not help. Pepperfry is a fraud, horrible experience with them.

We ordered a sofa from pepper fry for my super senior citizen dad and they did not deliver on scheduled date. Also, they are saying that they can not commit and date for delivery. How painful it is for a senior citizen dad who recently had a hip surgery. He can't sit comfortably now for the missing sofa. Please do not book anything from this place.
Paperfray से हमने cady nesting table ऑर्डर की थी टेबल पर काफी स्क्रैच है हमने paperfray मैं complain डाली पर paperfray की तरफ से हमें ये answer दिया कि टेबल को repair नहीं किया जा सकता किसी भी कस्टमर को कोई भी प्रोडक्ट सेल करने से पहले paperfray को यह clear करना चाहिए था कि ये टेबल कभी repair नहीं हो सकती इस तरह से किसी भी कस्टमर के पैसे बर्बाद करने का paperfray को कोई हक नहीं है पर उन्होंने ऐसा किया market से हम कोई भी furniture purchase करते है तो उनके भी खराब होने पर दोबारा पॉलिश ho जाती है या वो रिपेयर हो जाते है पर paperfray ने पता नहीं कौन से मटेरियल से टेबल बनाई है कि वो पॉलिश भी नहीं हो पा रहीं paperfray ने हमारा बहुत नुकसान किया है

Item purchased in Aug 2022, sadly one of the chairs cracked within warranty period, but Pepperfry rejected repair or replacement claiming a broad usage clause which seems very common with them. Will not return as a customer!
