I bought wardrobe from Pepperfry. Product was sent damaged and with the manufacturing defects. Its been more than 22 days after returning the product and refund has not been credited to my mode of payment. Pepperfry has worst after sale service. Guys be aware of this company they are cheaters. Pepperfry kindly stop advertising and invest money on customer service because customer can only give you business not the advertising.
I had a really bad experience with Pepperfry. The issue has not yet been resolved. The Studio, sales and escalation contacts are untrustworthy. They don't stick to the promises and don't respond to queries. Considerable delay in completion of work, quality is worse and estimate cannot be trusted. The variation will be huge and you will be cheated.
Pepperfry are such a fraud and cheapsters, ordered item with more than *******, is been more than a month they have not shipped it, called them more than 50 times and the same useless response that they will give us a call back which never happened, it is so frustrating, never order from them
We have very bad experience with service lady named Sonia. She just cheated with us. She did not tell us all main policies clearly. She just has to sale the product and earn some bonus. After placing the order, we came to know dangerous policy. Though we pay full money, we can not expect good service as everything will go as per their policies only. No value for customer opinion or expectations. Wallet usage policy is just radiculus. First time in life, we came to know in case of usage of wallet balance in % type. That is pepperfry inappropriate policy. Also if we place order, we don't have have any choice to cancel the order(aftet 1 hour also, just disgusting)

My experience with pepperfry was horrific. I had to return the clock, i bought as it was defective. I made a refund request. There was no response for the first 24 hours. Then, they scheduled a pickup. The pickup staff from the fedex was so rude and harassed me for the return details. The fedex pickup staff, himself called pepperfry thieves. I wouldn't recommend shopping with pepperfry.
My experience has been crazy and very frustrating with them.

Delivery management - dont event ask about it, never ever on time.
I placed an order with them for Victoria Corner Stand, order number *******. It was supposed to be delivered to me between June 11 to June 14th.
Their delivery boy called me and told me that they have some commute issue so it will be delivered by 15th. But, they did not delivery by 15th. So I called them and told them to check.
I heard from Customer service that their system shows that delivery attempt was made on 14th and no one was available( What the F).
Anyways. I told them I never left home and I kept my phone on and I checked with my Apartment Security as well, no one came to delivery. So can you send it now. They said, it will be delivered shortly.
Another day goes by.on 16th I call them and they say they will delivery tododay.
16th morning - I get a call, that delivery will be done in 30 minutes
16th afternoon, no sign/ no calls
16th evening - no sign
16th EOD.#$#@ F) them. I call them to cancel my order.
And what I hear is, we dont care if you received product or not, your order can not be cancelled.
So here you go everyone. Never ever buy anything from them. Better to spend more money and buy from a reliable service provider or shops.
Shocking that they have 2 stars. I was a normal customer with a valid question. Their site was super buggy, their items are 2x the price & shipping times are double for what I can get in other online retail stores. So what am I paying this money for then? I know - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. One curious question for which they just didn't have the spine to answer properly and kept copy pasting the same response. I felt like even a robot would have altered its responses but these people were just horrible. Just NEVER purchase from here.

Its been more than 12 days post delivery of my product and i have been waiting for it to get assembled and despite of making more than 15 calls to their support staff they do not bother to resolve my issue. Very bad service and quality of Product. In a month my Almirah lock got jammed. My bed was not delivered on time after promise made by CEO office executive Ms Disha. Now they are not refunding my amount in my account. They are complete Fraud. Don't trust the brand. Never Never buy anything from them.
All the Users, please refrain from using pepperfry. You have better options available like amazon, flipkart, fwd and others. Pepperfry is a trap. I ordered a shoe bag, for INR 494, it came torn and very very poor quality, i requested for return.
Confirmation mail came 10 days back to pick the item and after that no one came and response on mails.it doesn't look they are interested to refund the amount.
Literally harassed but thankfully it is a small amount so of course i will never advise anyone to waste the money.

The worst online experience i ever had or will have. We ordered dinning table from pepper fry, just after one day of installation from carpenter chair got broke. Luckily by god grace my husband sitting on chair didnt get injured because of support of wall.
Immediately i raised return request, Can you imagine these pepper fry stupid customer care idiots mailed us "This is wear and tear case so cant be considered as return product.
We called these idiots multiple times and told we are ready to pay more please replace at least chairs because its not safe to sit on them.

I hv ordered study table but received damaged piece. Every time I get unsatisfactory answer saying people will come n collect d damaged piece n refund my money around 6k. They shown one color and mentioned another color. Ordered by seeing the product color in the list and got different color and fabric also not good quality. On 12th of August i placed on order for a Bed which later we realised will be delivered much later than we needed and we had ordered the wrong item (Metal when we wanted wood). So called the call center to cancel the order. "No you cant cancel" "No you will not get a refund" "No I cant escallate" " No we cant resolve this" You have to wait for delivery to cancel. These were answers I got 2 days after I ordered. Upon much pleading I was told it is policy that one cannot cancel the order after 2 days even if the item is not even shipped! Fast forward on 2nd September Sunday morning, the delivery happens. Upon unpacking we find the item is substandard in quality. The metal sheet used will bend only with the weight of the mattress!... Now i immediately request for cancellation and return. The delivery person agrees to take it back. But then I get a call from the call center *******6157) Why do you want to return? I let the person know the reason - Sub standard quality being the main, doesn't match the quality expected for the money paid. "You cannot cancel" " we will not accept return" " No we cannot do anything" " No i cannot escalate" "No I will not initiate refund" - Except saying "go to hell" the person said everything else. Finally I did not take delivery and returned the item. Since then for the past 3 days I have been trying to get in touch with these folks on phone - not accessible... emails has only one response - "our standard policy and product is up to the mark - rest assured!" Rest assured with what loss of Rs. *******/- and nothing to show. I even gave an option that I dont want a refund and willing to buy something else for the same amount. But there has been response to this offer. NOW I AM STUCK WITH NOTHING HAVING SPENT *******/- MORE THAN 3 WEEKS AGO. ORDER NO. ******* WHICH IS SHOWING INVALID ON THE PHONE APPLICATION. I have ordered an engineered wood book shelf from pepper fry this January (6months back). The shelves inside is bent and doesnt seem to be of good quality. I have requested for a resolution since the warranty is of 3 years. However the customer care executive told me its wear and tear issue and denied the replacement / refund for the item.the initial reason they have told me was that its was due to monsoon its showing the damage when I questioned it they have changed their answer to wrong usage I questioned that as well saying bookshelfs are meant to hold books and it should do that properly they changed the answer to wear and tear and hence warranty is void
