Please read the fine print, I have been a victim, ordered and cancelled within 5 minutes after realising my error of size of the product and got charged INR 500, shame on you pepperfry, one cannot call, emails are not responded and refund came after 3 days with a deduction. Sort your act and stop cheating customers #neveragainpepperfry #pepperfry great way to loose a customer!

I ordered a trundle bed for my kids. I was shocked and disappointed to see the quality of the furniture. Further, the size was completely different from what was mentioned on the website. The customer care is pathetic with no one picking up the phone. Have vowed to never buy from pepper fry again.

Furniture isn't of good quality. Plus they take 100% of advance. Once they take advance they deliver product in worst manner.

I ordered a study lamp cost 1300 inr, Got delivered today. When opened the box it was full of papers, I thought papers might be there for the protection but when checked thoroughly there was nothing inside it. They just sent me papers for 1300 rupees.
JUST DON'T BUY FORM PEPPERFRY...!

Do not order if you are not sure about it. Because the return is not pathetic over here. If you do not like this product by its look you can not return it..

I had INR 1152 cashback amount which is expiring in 7 days and then when I tried to purchase another item, they are by default giving INR 50 od discount and mentioning "Wallet Balance Can Not Be Used For COD Orders." SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered an office chair worth rupees 5500/- from pepperfry.com. It has a warranty of 1 year. Chair's back broke after use of 1.5 months with me using it with a weight of 55 Kgs (light weight). I tried to contact pepperfry's customer support but they do not attends call directly and push us for call back request. And off course, they never call back, they don; t reply to emails as well. WORST services.

I have to get rework done all products to reinforce bought from Pepperfry, dining table, Kids beds...

Defective product and refusal to support the customer. When complaint was raised the product was in warranty. But pepperfry sells substandard products.

The ottoman that we bought was of the worse quality whose legs were very flimpsi and irrepairable it has got a lot of immbarresment for us so many time the worst product.

I haven't seen or experienced such a bad app and even the staff, the table that i ordered was damaged and they were not even accepting their fault and was saying that we will not exchange even when their staff told that it is damaged, Worst app ever

Terrible company. I sent them proof that the products are not as per specifications and any person would easily tell the difference. But, they conveniently chose to ignore and refused refund/exchange. Also, prices look below. 22% discount on Amazon on the same product.

Extremely poor quality... looking at this bed... I will never recommend or buy anything from pepper fry, don't get fooled by the designs it's a big fraud site... They fool you for your money and give cardboard quality furniture... Not even mdf... extremely bad service as well

Once you place the bed you can't move as it will fall apart... What crap!

Bought a bed in October 2019. After 6 months the inner plank of the beds have cracked and one of them have broken in 2 piece. When contacted the customer service with pictures and within warranty period. The response was very sad and they refused to repair or get it exchanged. Very Poor quality of the materials being selled by Pepperfry. Beware of these fraudsters.
