Recently purchased one Ergonomic chair from Pepperfry, I received the product, which is not fit for me. I thought to return the same, but Pepperfry is saying many rules for the return and not accepting the Return or Refund option. Now am unable to adjust with the chair or can't return back the chair either. Its very worst policies of Pepperfry, which are not in favor of its customers. Please please please don't buy any products from Pepperfry, if you book the product then you are enough stuck there, you can't cancel or return if you are not satisfied with the product.
I bought a bookshelf and it is of utmost poor quality and wrong dimensions.The person in charge was rude to me and closed my request without my permission.
I purchased 2 durian chairs.My place was service area when I placed order.It was delivered to me after one month.It is two big packet.The pepper fry staffs, who came with the products assured me that the chairs shall be assembled next day. Now one week has passed. They fabricate new Stories everyday. God knows when it will be assembled. Please never purchase anything from them.
They delivered a totally incorrect product and every time I try and post a refund they reject it. Their CS Team has the audacity to tell that I was wrong inspite of providing them numerous photo proofs.

I am an interior designer and I bought a rug online From Pepperfry and colours were totally different than what they showed in the pictures on their website. And despite of multiple trials and conversations, they are not accepting the return request. They are behaving as they are colour blind and not accepting their mistake.
Kindly do not buy anything from them as they have worst service and staff amongst all the online furniture stores.

I baught study table. After paying money, I got notification saying that "payment failed" so I placed another order. Now they are saying that they can't cancel the first order. Now I am stuck with two tables. I lost money plus I don't know what to do with extra study table.
Bought a pepperfry bed which is utterly inferior. The bed purchased in Dec 19 soon started developing fungus and one of the plank has broken during normal use. As per Peperfry this is not covered under warranty. Please do not buy such inferior products and waste your money
The worst furniture app I have ever seen. Your help line centre employees don't know how to handle a customer. I have never seen such rude and careless attitude in any customer service. I ordered a bed and you sent the wrong size and now you will not take it back and send a new one. Your helpline employee told me to adjust with that bed only. Why the hell should I adjust when I have paid *******Rs for it.
Don't ever buy from pepperfry. Go for other vendors. I ordered a product which is not comfortable for now I want to return it. But they only accept a product return only if it is damage or incorrect product. Very bad costumer service
Pepperfry is the most untrusted of them all, I had ordered a mattress from the app and it is supposed to get delivered by 27th, which they didn't, after waiting for long I called them and tried to verify the matter, I was told that they are not in contact of the delivery agents and that they don't know the status, I was surprised but what to do, I had no other option but to wait, so I keep calling them everyday, and every day they come up with different excuses, now finally after 10 days suddenly when, I had called them, I was told that the product has been delivered, which was uttered lie, I raised complain and asked for the signed details of the me and they said they will give me the refund after investigating the matter, and if they found that it's not delivered i will get my refund, I had no option to wait, though it cost me a lot of tension, (obviously if you pay and still they try to do this kind fraud, how it feels) now immediately next I'm getting a message and an email to rate the app. Which is dangerous. I wonder why they are in the in business like way. We as costumers trust a site and order, they as company do $#*!ty tricks to do all sort of discomfort and try to do fraud. Horrible company. Try not to trust
I bought one carpet recently, in website it shows images are different quality but when I got the item it's entirely different. I have raised request for return and I provided all requested images and proofs even they are not ready to take my return item.
Please be aware of this type of fraud.My suggestion to avoid this shopping cart to purchase anything. Please be carefull with this fraud pepperfry. Even can check in consumer complaint there are many complaints on pepperfry.

1. WE HAVE ORDERED A ORIEL DINING TABLE, WHICH SHAKES EVEN WHEN YOU TOUCH IT SLIGHTLY THIS CONDITION RAISED WITHIN FEW MONTHS AFTER THE PRODUCT ARRIVED. BENCH COLLAPSED COMPLETELY. AND THERE IS ZERO RESPONSE FOR THE SERVING OF THE SAME.
2.2ND WE ORDERED A BED WHICH CREATE SO MUCH CRANKY NOISE WHILE LAYING ON IT.
I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM PEPPERFRY, URBANLADDAR IS MUCH MUCH BETTER IN TERMS OF QUALITY BUT YES IT IS LITTLE PRICEY BUT ITS QUALITY IS WORTH TO THAT PRICE.

I have ordered a Study Table from Pepper Fry. They mentioned it will be dispatched on May 29th 2020 but I did not got any confirmation from them till now. When I raised a complaint they replied with a standard Response template and with no details on dispatch dates. When they cannot deliver the orders why they are accepting it. And they are not giving any option to cancel the order also. This is really bad and never had such a bad experience with any other online shopping portals.

They have taken money as it's a prepaid order the order is still not shipped as it was advised by them to reach by 29 May 2020 when asked customer care there is no reply no refund no review nothing and I am going forward to file a legal case against the same.
They are sending me emails about there pathetic offers but nothing about my money or product.

I warn consumers to boycott this e-commerce site. They are cheaters and only sitting to eat up your money! Beware they do not have any return policy and the one they publish on their website is certainly misleading. I recommend Urban Ladder (little pricey but for its Quality and amazingly good customer service) or Amazon.
I ordered a bunch of storage items. Because of the lockdown they delayed the delivery. On May 20, i receive an email from them that the deliveries are again rescheduled and due to unforseen circumstances, i could go ahead and cancel the order if i may wish to do so. Accordingly, i cancelled the order. After a series of back and forth mails where they have given so many conflicting informations and answers, i get a refund of Rs. ******* for an amount of Rs. ******* paid. They are claiming a processing fee... for what? They asked me to cancel the order and why are they penalizing me. I guess this is their way of making quick bucks! Nothing but cheating!
