I would like to sadly inform you that I purchased your product just for one time and pay for that and unfortunately after a few days you changed me £49,95 and debited from my bank account.
I already complained to PayPal about your service, please review my complaint and refund my money.

Poor customer service

I tried PDFSIMLI and it was ok but I cancelled my trial on the 14 day of the trial period. The trial period was 14 days. In the 14 days I used it one time. 2 days before the trial ended they billed me $49 I called them and asked them to credit my account because I was not using their services. I was told they would offer me a lower cost alternative, I turned it down and asked for a credit back to my card. The answer I received was it would have to go to a supervisor and they would call me back within 24 hours. That didn't happen. But they did call me back 2 days later. I missed the call and they left me a voicemail. Telling me that my. Claim was denied and not in line with their policies. I called back and got a very rude response and I told her I was just going to have my Credit card company refute the charges. Very poor customer service. I would never do business with them again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

Intransparent

Es war mir nicht bewusst, dass ich mich in eine Abonnentenfalle begebe. Es war nicht transparent communities worden, dass man eine regelmäßige, monatliche Gebühr bezahlen muss. Es wurde auf der Webseite auch nicht erklärt, wie man diese Leistung kündigen könnte. Sehr kundenfeindlich, und sogar betrügerisch!

Scam alert!

Everything is set up to make you believe that:
1 - It's free... and it's not.
2 - You can choose a minimum time usage for a low price... but not really.
3 - You end up being charged a monthly subscription if you don't red the fine print dissimulated in a very long receipt of what you thought was a one time payment for a limited time usage.
4 - They make you believe that you can cancel the subscription and obtain a refund if not satisfied... but you have to create an account to do so and then realise that you must call a phone number in the US to request a refund which may not be given to you if they decide so. So yes, that's what I call a well organized SCAM!

This company is running a scam!

There is an option for a one time use for $2.00, but then they start charging for an unauthorized subscription at $40usd/MONTH.
PayPal won't help either.
And now this app doesn't show up on the Play Store.
And they are supposed to have a 30 free refund policy.
