I didn't realize that the scanner didn't come with a USB connector that hooks up to my computer. This wasn't stated in the description.
Order #******* placed on 7/28/2020. Eventually provided with UPS tracking number 1ZE**************. Monitored tracking for a week but status remained the same, "Label Created". Called PC Liquidations customer service the first time and they said the order would be received by the end of the week which didn't happen. Called PC Liquidations customer service second time and they said the supplier probably used a different tracking number and customer service agent said he'd call me back when he got the new number. Never happened. Was ready to call PC Liquidations customer service for the third time but received an Email stating supplier shipped order via FedEx Overnight Standard with tracking number **************. Finally received order #******* on 8/11/2020, two weeks after it was ordered.
Easy
I'm happy with my experience and it's exactly what I ordered at a much reasonable price than in store.
Ask me again in a month. I literally took it out of the box and booted it up. I don't have any meaningful feedback at this point.
Very easy to order
I was told it would ship on Monday, then Tuesday then finally it went out on Wed. You guys changed the shipping from ground to 3day and UPS delivered on Friday instead of the scheduled Monday. UPS saved the day!
Everything went smooth during order process, but after having the PC for about ten days, the computer started constantly crashing. Everytime i got it up it would run for about 10-15 mintues then blue screen of death. I contacted PCliquidations and they agreed to send me a different one and let me return the faulty one. So far I am happy with the customer service, you cant expect a perfect experience when dealing with a refurbished product, so customer service is key.
My daughter needed a hard drive and they were a good price

I purchased a refurbished AS501 Sound Bar for my Dell monitor. I'm not sure it's working, as irregular sounds occassionally occur. The old sound bar was worse, but this one doesn't seem to be 100%. I assume a new sound bar isn't available for my monitor; so, I guess this is a slight improvement over what I had, but I'm not totally satisfied with this purchase.
