Good selection, quick delivery, no problems
I read the product information. I ordered the product based on the information explaining that I was ordering because of the described stand in the product. The monitor met my criteria and the stand was exactly what I needed to make the monitor work. It does explain in the ordering information that products can change. But why describe a specific product then not supply it. Ran out-For me it removed the money savings I bought more expensive because I did not have to buy a different stand.
The reason I bought: I choose this product as an addition to my Lenovo computer, HP monitor. An HDMI connection is the available port. The specifications are similar to existing monitor. It has a stand that will offer the mobility to make both work on my desk in addition to my other criteria.
I failed to notice that this processor was for LGA 1366 socket. I can't use it for the motherboard I was upgrading.

After purchasing a dud dot matrix printer on eBay and having to return that item. I ordered a power cable and it ended up being the wrong one, the description didn't specify enough.
The shipping was very expensive, maybe it the packaging was lighter the shipping cost would go down.
I emailed to do a return, the response was quick and gave me all the information I needed.
But to mail back the item, it was still expensive to return in the same type of packing that it was sent to me in. Lighter packaging or a paid return slip would be ideal.

The plastic screens we ordered are not cut straight and some have little chunks out of them. They don't lay flat on the phone. But, we were desperate for new ones so will make it work.
