We ordered two monitors come to find out only one was in stock. They credited need the one item not in stock and substituted another monitor charged me for it, and we have yet to receive it. This is my second email explaining this.

We received the monitors quicker than expected and are very satisfied with the products

I ordered six monitors and all six came out clean. One was slightly worn, but you wouldn't notice without looking very carefully.

They took care of my problem in a professional manner.

I received two products designated as being for the same phone. The desi is the right product but I never received the plastic overlay and instead got a different desi that appears to be for a different phone

I prefer laptops that are refurbished as they have newer features and with software needing upgrades constantly this is a perfect solution. I love the return policy and the customer service is excellent. I will always buy from this company!

Hello, I received the piece I ordered but it did not fit the phone it was supposed to replace the broken part for. Therefore it did not fix the issue of holding the receiver in place.

It was easy to place the order and our monitors were shipped out quickly. All were received undamaged and everyone is very happy with them.

The process was good, communication on some changes was prompt and with good guidance. Thank you for the service.

Website was very easy to navigate. I ordered the charger for my nephew he was happy with it and it was quick to be shipped.
