I have been dealing with pcliquidations for 6 years now and have never been dissatisfied.
Received my laptop quickly. Overall I like the laptop. I was having problem with the sound and called PC Liquidations. Disappointed I was offered a new laptop rather than fix the problem. I also called the Extend program that I signed up for. They told me I have to wait until the warranty expires and then they will repair or replace depending on what PC Liquidations is willing to do. Spent a lot of time setting up my new laptop so replacing it with a new one did not make me happy. Now I know!
I played with the laptop and was able to make the problem better. Still not 100% but operating at 90%. Everything works great except for the sound which I have made better.
