I placed an order with a i7 pc. Got an i5 instead. PCL shipped a replacement, but I haven't had the time to unbox it and see if it is correct. I will do so in the next several days
The charger looked a little worn down, but the surface tablet was in top shape, no scratches or dents, OS works perfectly with no hiccups for my daily email checks, web browsing, and some light casual gaming. Great value for less than $300, cannot get a better value anywhere else.

I received my package way sooner than the shipping date. So far it's been running good and I have no complaints. The price was great and i even got to use a coupon that allowed to add on the mouse and keyboard.
I had been searching everywhere for long cords for our polycom satellite speakers as we needed to move them about two more feet from their original places and the current cords were already maxed out at length. Polycom didn't sell any long enough for what we need, and if they did you couldn't tell if they were the right ones, and PCLiquidations was the only place i found them longer than 3-4ft. I was hesitant to order because I couldn't tell if I was actually going to get the product or if the product would work/be defective, but the extenders showed up quickly, work perfectly, and are exactly what we needed!
I am very picky about keyboards and I was looking for one that had high raised keys and not flat keys like a majority of keyboards have these days. I found an older model Dell keyboard that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. It was refurbished but I didn't care. I just wanted the keyboard I saw and it was only $9.99. The shiping was about the same so $20 for a keyboard was a steal (or so I thought). After waiting almost 2 weeks for it to arrive, when I finally got it IT WAS A COMPELTELY DIFFERENT KEYBOARD AND IT HAD FLAT KEYS. I was frustrated and immediately sent the company an email. They quickly refunded me for the keyboard and I didn't have to return it. I gifted it to a friend and ended up buying a diffrent keyboard from another company. I hope whoever reads this passes it onto the shipping department or to whoever is responsible for pulling products for shipping. Read the invoice and don't send a product that wasn't selected. Nothing more frustrating than waiting two weeks for something to arrive only to find out it's not what you ordered.
