I ordered a Plantrontics headset. It came in but with no power base. When I reached out to them, they claim its sold without a prower base as a replacement headset. The item description did not mention any of this. The item is also pictured with the powerbase on the item description. They are offering to take a return which I will do but this is big waste of time.
Is it a scam? Because i wanna buy a cheap pc but i dont wanna waste my money on something that sucks

My order was cancelled because they said the item did not pass their inspection. BULL$#*!! Why didnt they test the item before placing it for sale. What kind of inventory system do they have if the item got damaged while sitting on the shelf? I dont trust these guys and their repsonse and customer service sucked. This is the problem with going with non reputible companies.

I called Pcliquidations asking when they were going to ship my item and they told me they were out of stock of the item and were going to ship them from another vendor.
Thursday Evening 12/3/2020
I got an email from bose stating that they shipped me Bose Quietcomfort ii headset.
Friday Morning 12/4/2020
I called Pcliquidations and told them that bose was sending me the wrong headset
Friday around noon 12/4/2020
I got an email from Pcliquidations and they told me that they did not have the headset in stock and were going to issue a refund.
Purchase a computer from there could not use the front plugs, when turned on always had to download but today it went into a loop and can not stop so please technical suppose please call me and help 90 days are almost up please

This was a great experience overall. I got exactly what I needed, and it was hardly noticeable that the item was refurbished. It's working like a champ. The only small drawback for my situation was that the shipping and tax was as much as the product itself. PCLiquidations is worth your time and money.
The order experience was fine. However, the shipment was delayed. My client uses these older Dell and HP PCs as cash registers. They have multiple stores and multiple registers per store. I told them an approximate date for delivery. It would have been OK if I had known about the delay. I could have updated them. I was not notified until I ask. You are normally very good at shipping. So, I expected it in the normal 2-3 days. It wasn't a problem except for the not knowing. The client has been my client since 1999 (21 years). They trust me.
