The order experience was fine. However, the shipment was delayed. My client uses these older Dell and HP PCs as cash registers. They have multiple stores and multiple registers per store. I told them an approximate date for delivery. It would have been OK if I had known about the delay. I could have updated them. I was not notified until I ask. You are normally very good at shipping. So, I expected it in the normal 2-3 days. It wasn't a problem except for the not knowing. The client has been my client since 1999 (21 years). They trust me.

Overall I'm happy with the laptop I received. I was a bit disappointed that I had to call and ask where my order was after ten days, only to be told there was a problem and they were waiting on another shipment. I would have thought someone would have reached out to me to explain the delay. I will say that when someone did contact me about the problem a few days later they made up for the delay by getting me another model and shipping it right away. It's a good little laptop, so it was worth the wait I suppose. With our current pandemic situation and reliance on technology, waiting on something as crucial as a laptop was problematic.
