I was unable to receive a signal on my monitor and emailed support (email address found in the "Policy" section of the website). I received an email and had the tech call me back as I did not & do not understand computer talk. He did and we were on the phone diagnosing the issue- My purchase did not work with my monitor. I was given a paid postage label to send back the computer and a comparable replacement was found. Management agreed to the computer that I choose and it was shipped. I am very happy with how this turned out and will purchase items from PC Liquidations again. Laura

I would definatly recommened anyone I know who are looking for a great deal on all needs someone might be having and are looking to replace their electronics. I needed a monitor and did not want to purchase a new one. The PCLiquidations site gave me several discounted offers. I was very pleased at how easy and simple the ordering process was and I recieved my monitor as it was shown to me to look for it to come to my choice of shipping. I know so so many people. I own a construction company and more than likely I will be using the PCLiquidation for clients who want to have extra things added in their renovation or construction build. All my clients have a budget contract aggreement with my company.So having other options for my clients that works with their budget. I plan on contacting someone within the executive branch of PCLiquidation to see how might my company and PCLiquidation might further do business together. 83% of Renovations or New Builds my clients request having certain electronics installed. Regardless I will keep this new relationship with PCLiquidations for personal and hopefully get something going on the business end for my company.

Good experience ordering, shipping, and delivery...

I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.

I placed an order for a Grade A monitor. I got the monitor and expressed some concerns. With no issue they reduced the price of my monitor.
Now my monitor came with a stand but reading the description I was not due to get a monitor stand. So this was great shipping was fast and the packing was awesome overall this was a great experience. And it's always great to be treated like a person vs a consumer. Great customer service! Good attitude! They listened to my issue and concerns. Great job please keep up the good work!
