Kind of disappointed that the first PC was inoperable. OK with the replacement received.

Laptop was delivered and received in good condition.

Have not been able to get the system to work. I will be returning for refund.

Other companies were selling the same product for double the price. Glad I found it brand new at PC Liquidations.

Needed a restored retro PC that supported an old VGA monitor. The rep took all of 30 seconds to send me a link to what turned out to be the perfect machine. Ordering was a breeze, shipping was exactly as described, and the restored machine was in near perfect condition. Absolutely will be back!

Selling slightly used electronic equipment is a tough business as I imagine it, and when I received a dock that did not work as it should have... I called and PCLiquidations responded instantly with a replacement part on the way the same day, they also sent a shipment label for the return, it was a great customer service experience despite the defective unit.

I expected to receive a beat-up tower but it was nothing like that. There was a screw rattling around but it came out without a problem. The unit appears to be in good shape pending powering up. So far I am well satisfied with the unit

We need to return this phone, does not work, we ended up using another phone from other office, please send me a RGA, I have requested this 3 times already by email, please email me back

I ordered two identical monitors, there were only two left. One was sent but the other was not because it didn't make the grade. Someone called me and we discussed the situation. They gave me a RMA for the one that I received and arranged to have two others sent out for the same price. I appreciated the concern for making things right.

As this is a gift I can't speak to how well it works. But the delivery was much faster than I expected.

I received the computer. It has no hard drive and will not boot up. I'm very disappointed in this purchase and I would like to return it. Please advise.

The desktop. If it's an android phone, you can easily check the android option but the iPhone option is shaded gray that you cannot click it to connect. Can you help?
