Completely satisfied from order to shipping to arrival! The item I chose was Out of Stock after I had purchased and was offered another of equal value right away! Item received was in great condition and is working beautifully! Very pleased! 11/10 would purchase again from PCLiquidations!
The first product didn't work and didn't come with a power cord, but I called to report this and was sent a replacement quickly. The replacement appears to have power, but our IT people haven't fully connected it yet.
Everything went fine - I received my order in a short time. We tested everything and they worked properly even if they aren't new.

The computer and everything that came in the box was amazing, but this is my concern... 1. I couldn't and still cant sign in even though I have changed my password 3 times, 2. When I ordered my product I asked for a monitor with the computer and the web site doesn't put it in the order even though it shows its a option on the site, 3. I had to call just to get my invoice emailed to me, when I clicked to be mailed, 4. When I decided to call customer service and explain to them of this (the 1st time I called it went amazing with getting my invoice emailed, and that was before I got my package) but the second time I called and told them I never received my monitor and she was very sweet in the beginning but then she tried telling me that their cheapest monitor was $74.99 (mind you I'm looking them up as she's telling me this and looking at one for $19.99, ON THEIR SITE!) Besides all that though, Everything came in great and working condition and I love the computer. So as you see these few things I think need fixed and this site would be a 5 star for me!
Was looking for rebuilt IP phones for my company. Found them at a better price than other dealers and in great condition. Quick service got them here when I needed.
I need to replace one phone in our voicemail system. I purchased a refurbished phone. Delivery was fast and it was well packaged. Just had to unpack and plug in.
Everything was great until we tried to use the product. Ethernet port was bad, had to have our IT guy come out to check and he confirmed the bad ethernet port. We should be receiving a replacement so hopefully it will arrive in working condition.
Good price, unit packaged and arrived in good condition. Unit delivered as ordered. The laptop was pre-configured with the OS and delivered with the license key sticker. Able to activate license with no problem. Thanks for the speedy service.
Easy process. Happy with price
It's used gear, but it was packaged well. I could log into the units with default credentials. The stands for both don't attach very well. They keep coming out. Some very minor scratches, but nothing very unexpected, again it's used. I haven't had time to actually set them up yet to work, cut I foresee no problems.
