Phones arrived in a timely fashion, were in good or better shape than expected and so far have deployed 3 of 10 - only one had issues with the speaker phone. I would order from them again.

I found this item by googleing "telephone answering machine". It is NOT an answering machine. It has a function which enables me to link up with my telephone COMPANY to have them functions as an answering SERVICE... at extra cost. Otherwise the unit functions well.

Paid premium price for used oki page printer. Open to put drum & cartiage in (not with unit) cover door came loose. Hinge broken repaired with screw which broke out of plastic. Took cover off my old unit which had good hinge... about two hours. Not a good refurbish. Nice unit but not repaired correctly. For the price a little disappointed.
