It takes way too long for products to get to you. I ordered something since December 31st. Today is the 15th of January and I don't have my damn package. It is absolutely ludicrous and I won't be ordering anything from anyone who uses Pitney Bowes for delivery. Sloppy service
Poor tracking and long delay. The package move a bit then it get stuck somewhere for a week or more the it moves a little again and so on. This is by far the worst transporter I have ever had to deal with.

If I could give zero stars, I would. There was proof of delivery at my door and photo from PB but I never received it. I asked my next door neighbors if they'd taken it and I believed them, since they couldn't have (two men in a household, the others are a newborn, his parents, and old grandmother). PB probably stole it after giving false proof and doesn't want to deal with me. I have nothing positive to say about them after this.

I ordered my item in October and arrived in Monroe township NJ in November 22. Pitney Bowes picked it up on November 27 to deliver to USPS. Their "tracking" said delivery date is December 8, it never changed. I checked USPS and their tracking said "awaiting package". This company took my item and never brought it to USPS! Their website is useless but I finally found a number to call. The representative literally said he will not help me because I'm not the shipper. All I wanted was a reason why the item is not moving. He just said to contact the shipper. Why would I call them when you're company has my package?! I sent a review at the BBB. This company should never do business! If you have a package that will use Pitney Bowes, you will NEVER receive it! NEGATIVE 5 STARS
Don't ever sign anything unless you have a lawyer look at it. These scumbags are notorious for promising something over the phone, then sneaking in something else in the contract. Should be shut down or torn down.
So we all need to pay through pitney when buying stuff. They than give you a number with no clue at all from whom the package comes and when you ask the simple question whom it comes from they can't help as only intermediate company takes my money and gives 0 service in return. It realy is: America the land of the GREAT STUPID. No wonder you guys have Biden and Trump muppets for presidents... the laughing stock of the rest of the world.
I order many items for my business and I am always sad when I see a company uses Pitney Bowes to ship. They are always super super slow and takes forever to get your items. Please, if you can, do not use Pitney Bowes. Your customers will thank you for shipping with someone else!
They keep your package and won't deliver it till the exact date it's expected even if it's early. How the hell does it take days to get delivered from Maryland!? They have terrible delivery people who could care less when you get your package. It's a constant battle!
I recently purchased a computer online and was given a Pitney Bowes tracking number. My issue is that the computer is being shipped to the wrong address, I tried to resolve the issue with the seller but was told that they could not do anything because it was already shipped.

I've never heard of this shipping company but I ordered from puravida and i have never had a problem with them. All of a sudden this carrier picks up my package and says they have delivered it when I have been home all day and no one has come around?
I don't know where you guys get to call yourselves a company because you guys suck. Tell me how I placed the order September 23 on my birthday from G-Star Raw a company based in Amsterdam. My package was supposed to be delivered September 28 and it is now December 1. I continuously check my packages and it still says it's at Pitney Bowes. Who are these losers? Just here with terrible customer service telling me that I can't get any more information from my own package and the vendor has to send an email in order to get more information to provide to me. This is bull$#*! and I spent $200 on my order and it's sitting somewhere in Pitney OR someone it was a G-Star package and took it. Who knows? Besides that I'm never ordering from G-Star ever again until they switch from Pitney Bowes back to USPS or UPS or even FedEx because Pitney Bowes is the worst ever. Hope you go bankrupt.
Package awaiting pickup 9 days. Yes, over Thanksgiving weekend but taking out those 4 days, still no movement in 5 days. Not a competent service. Is lack thereof.
I ordered two seperate packages a few days apart, one from pitney bowes and another through about her shipping company. Both were shipping from california, and the other shipping company was ordered later than the one from pitney. The other package arrived when it said it would. The one from pitney already had a week long estimated delivery time, and then everyday, the estimated shipping time would go by up 1-3 days. It's ridiculous how long it took- it sat in a usps facility for nearly a week.
Logistically the worst shipping partner in the USA packages land in Jacksonville from overseas and if your luck is terrible Pitney Bose is the shipping partner you get they take it to Orlando where it sits for 2 days then it goes to Atlanta for 2 or more days then either back to Orlando or Ebor city where it sits for 1 to 3 days waiting to be handed off to USPS for delivery in S W Florida if they skipped PB and just went to USPS Orlando distribution it would cut 5 or more days off delivery times
Package never arrived, and it still shows that it is sitting at the their warehouse, for the last 2 months. It went from the initial scan of origin to a 2nd location, so they did receive the package & started to move it through their system. Only for it to get lost. The customer service tool directs me to the company that I ordered from, but that doesn't fix the issue that the package is just sitting at their ware house. Luckily the company is sending a replacement, with a different courier but I hope they never use this service again.
I would strongly recommend you find someone else for your postage needs. This company has terrible customer service. Everything is about the bottom dollar to them. They are just an entity that cares nothing about their customers. You will be charged feeds that are completely out of line. Then when you try to find answers, you will be told too bad.
This company put me out of a job same day I was about to go deliver for them without any kind of notice once so ever I was never late always on time or way before time on delivering for them they took my job now causing me and my family to be in a financial crisis if I could give a 0 star rating I definitely would and still hasn't no one said anything about them taking my job or even trying to offer anything just like I didn't exist to them but I wouldn't ever work for them again
I ordered 3 separate packages from Temu on October 6, they arrived in Illinois October 12, on October 13 they arrived in Atlanta and it's currently October 20 still sitting in Atlanta. I called customer service, but was told I couldn't contact them about my packages only Temu could. The representative was very rude and unhelpful.
Answer: I didn't. The company I ordered from uses them. I would not choose to ship through Pitney Bowes.
