Long shipping times
October 26, 2020

Fabletics is now using Pitney Bowes as the delivery carrier, and Pitney Bowes is the worst porter service. Tracking my items it has taken 3 weeks to received my shipment from california to NY. I could drive to california and back to NY in less time than that. This company is the worst. Then i'm tracking items that are to be returned to fabletics through Pitney Bowes, and it has taken 16 days for my package to travel a whopping 3 miles!

SavagexFenty ships with Pitney and every order I've placed has been lost or heavily delayed, with tracking not updating, sometimes even for weeks. This shipping company is a joke. The last package I ordered was on Sept 24, shipped out a couple days later, tracking didn't update for just over a week and all of a sudden it was in New Jersey from California. And I live in California. Now that it's in NJ the shipping stopped updating again. I will never be using this company to ship goods and at this point I won't be ordering from companies that use them to ship orders. Two thumbs down.

1. The postage meter is reliable and the online postage refill is convenient
2. Tech support was very good when we had issues with the meter connecting to the internet.
3. We have had PB meters for decades. We only renewed last year because they gave us a good rate based on a 5-year contract. Otherwise, there were cheaper competitors.
4. When Covid-19 arrived, we had to close our office and lay off most staff. The rest of us are working from home. PB's leasing department won't budge on the terms of the lease or let us return the equipment.
5. Don't be late on payments, they charge a late fee of 16% PER MONTH. Outrageous!

I think that shipping using Camels is more efficient than using this company, once your parcel arrive their station, it becomes isolated from the world. Very high cost for shipping with the worst service provided.
Better to put your childrens name in case if you passed away before you receive your shipment.

No delivery in sight
August 24, 2020

Purchased a Motorola phone on Ebay US in July. PB was the international delivery agent. I paid them import duty and taxes on the price of item to be delivered to Canda. The tracking status initially showed that the item is sitting at PB Erlanger KY. It is over a month now and the tracking status remains unchanged. Cancellation is equally difficult since it will be divided into two parts. One with the seller and the other with PB. Ebay will just watch the drama at my expense. Please do not go international with Ebay. It is not worth the pain.

Just an unpdate. At last, I received the parcel on the 3rd of September.

I never imagined incompetence at this level. They have had my parcel FOR 47 DAYS, and for the last 17 of those days it has been just sitting at one of their facilities within driving distance of my home, although they won't release it to me. Before that, they shipped it to several locations that made no sense at all. A complete nightmare. Avoid them at all costs. They are the very worst. The worst shipping of all my 58 years.

They are horrible
July 29, 2020

I had a package with them a month ago. The staff lied when I tried to ask where it is now by saying it is out for delivery. I don't know how the US lets these people run their business. The tremendous number of bad reviews raises a question mark about them, what they really do?

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered three packages from aliexpress in china not realizing that pitney bowes was their shipping partner which seems to be the norm for china now, my packages has been stucked in pitney bowes possession since 6/26/2020 and they still haven't turned my packages over to the USPS so it can be delivered to me and it's now 7/27/2020. I think that it's definitely some kind of scam going on with pitney bowes stealing customer's packages, and their's no sign of my packages in the USPS tracking system and also thousands of people are complaining about packages being stuck at pitney bowes and never recieving them, this place need to be investigated by the FBI and criminal charges brought forward.

Disappointed
July 26, 2020

I ordered something April 28 2020. Pitney Bowes has had it here in the USA since June 3rd, they held it in KY for almost a month, Sent it to NJ (allegedly for 4 hours on June 28th) then it disappears and now reappears on July 23rd in IN. It's several months and I'm still waiting for Pitney Bowes to turn my package over to USPS so it can be delivered to me. PB is clearly AWFUL.

Worst shipper ever. I ordered products from China (mistake #1). After a month, I checked and they sent me a tracking number showing the product was with Pitney Bowes in California. Another month later it showed it in my home town. I called Pitney Bowes to arrange to pick it up and they literally told me they do not handle packages! Laughable. When I explained I had a tracking number with their name and location - they still denied they transported packages. It's now been 90 days and no one knows where the package is. I asked for a refund for my purchase and I was told to be patient - it would eventually get to me. I will never do business with a company who tells me they ship with Pitney Bowes - either the company is a scammer or they don't know that Pitney Bowes accepts packages and then who knows what they do with them.

Our small law office used Pitney Bowes for years. I always thought their machine leases and fees were outrageous, but it was what we had and stayed with It. In addition their deposit and reserve system, billing and Website were so difficult to use it seemed deliberate. When we closed our office to retire I contacted PB and asked the account be closed and any funds remaining in reserve account (all cost had to be paid in advance) to be refunded. I received a check for our "Purchase Power" account, whatever that was, and thought no more about it. Over a year later we got a statement from PB that $130 remaining In a "reserve account" had been confiscated to pay an administrative fee for doing absolutely nothing. I called and sure enough they had a record of the cancellation of the account but informed me we were required to make a specific written request for a refund of what was essentially our money and no reimbursement would be made. In my opinion this is nothing short of theft and I can't help but wonder how much PB has collected over the years by confiscating funds that do not belong to them. I am not alone - PB has dismal reviews all over the Internet. There are less expensive alternatives, find them and avoid Pitney Bowes.

Terrible. Use stamps.com instead. Pitney Bowes is a rip off. My old secretary ordered a mail meter through them but they wanted us to rent not buy and we've paid for it 5 times over and the won't let us cancel. One giant headache.

I tell the other office managers and attorneys work with to ever use them and if they do to cancel and buy their own mail meter or use stamps.com. Pitney Bowes is a complete scam and should be shut down. Report them to consumer fairs better business bureau your statement consumer attorney or attorney general. I've written them 3 negative reviews while I'm on hold trying to speak with a supervisor. They told me I can't speak to a supervisor. If you sign with them you'll become an irate customer very easily.

I have a contract with Pitney Bowes, a 36-month term signed in 2017. I also signed to add services to my contract in 2019. Pitney Bowes, although the contract for 2019 says nothing about term, claims that it runs from 2020 to 2021. When I ask them to show me a contract with an ending date of 2021, they cannot do so, and keep sending me the 2017 contract saying it is common for a contract to begin a year after signing. They offered a "settlement" to me to pay almost $800 and they would "let me out" of my non-existent contract. When I said show me a contract that ends in 2021, I will honor it, otherwise, cancel my contract effective May of 2020 as the 2017 contract ending date states. They now sent me an email stating I have said I will breach the contract and therefore I am in breach and owe them money for the rest of the contract and must return their meter. I have never missed a payment with them, yet they claim I am in breach? This is a horrible company; run, do not walk from them as they have zero customer service and are thieves with their claims of contracts which do not exist.

Very bad service
December 23, 2019

Using GSP and Pitney Bowes for first and last time.
I paid for priority delivery from USA to Europe, but Pitney sent the item using "ground" transport service. This make no sense for international delivery.
In that way it take almost one week to cross USA, in case the parcel destination is Europe.
Currently the parcel stuck in Amsterdam, and 3 days later I have no updates.
The price is about 35 % more than If I handled custom taxes and VAT by myself.
Avoid this company when possible.

I would not recommend making any deal with this company for any product. I had canceled my leasing on Nov and waiting for a return label and had not received it. Every day, I had called waiting a one hour on the phone to asking for it and they said will email right away. But I never received a single email from them, but they told me that they had sent out already. What kind of service when you ask them and they have no clue!

Thieves!
July 9, 2019

I don't write reviews normally anymore; this just got me really pissed off. I've been buying and selling online for around 11 years and this company is making up that there is customs fees with items coming into America; I'd know there isn't with all my experience, just fees for the buyer once an item arrives at its destination outside of America. PayPal is politicizing it like Pitney Bowes is too; be aware that Pitney Bowes is located out of liberal Austin tx. They have Satanic policies revolving around stealing. My mother bought me this terminator bust because I was having a hard time around that time and it was supposed to make me feel better about my crap landlord. Instead, it has stressed me out as they have stolen approximately 23 dollars from her, and I have to hear it from her because of them. My mother is a single mother of 3; this is heartless. I just bought some interior reupholstery stuff for my car out of the uk and there were no customs fees; you can't make this stuff up. Pitney Bowes is making up policies that defy federal laws which is a huge offense. PayPal is helping them be enforced too by assisting in collecting illegal payments that were not previously agreed upon. I have been charged twice for shipping between the initial payment of 66 gbp and the additional 23 or so dollars stolen; it's in writing that I've been charged twice for shipping and PayPal won't help me. The process in which my item came was also very disorganized, confusing, and slow. While all of this was going on, PayPal is telling me while I'm on hold that I'm protected from unauthorized payments... what a joke.

Worst. Support. Ever.
August 30, 2017

My company has been using Pitney Bowes for more than five years. In that time, these guys have not been able to get anything right. There are often fees that were not clearly explained and we were unable to get clear answers to our questions about these fees, sometimes getting totally conflicting and sometimes outright misinformation given to us by agents. The communication is dreadful, and if you have a technical issue or billing question you can expect to spend two hours or more trying to get someone on the phone who can help you, and once you do get through to a real person they will misunderstand your question, constantly make you repeat yourself, ask you the same questions over and over while obviously disregarding or not understanding your answers... It is absolutely MADDENING. They have been unable to get and keep straight that invoices go to one person and technical things go to another, getting them backward at times, or sending all communications to one or the other of us. It has taken four or five hour+ calls to straighten that out, and now I am receiving technical emails, except they are for a machine with a totally different serial number than our machine. After spending more than an hour in text chat with a tech person, I have been told to just ignore the emails, though I have repeatedly said that we need the serial number on our account corrected and have been ignored. If I could give this company a negative review I really would.

This is pitney bowes. If you need a mail meter they make good ones. But if you need customer service. They are horrible. I have never been on the phone for less than 30 min. Yesterday was 2 hours to update a credit card on file and to figure out why the meter would not sync up with my computer. Great product. Horrible horrible customer service.
